I've been a customer with Featherlight for over 3-years and have found them responsive and timely. I also like that I'm talking with actual humans. Sure, there are AI options out there now-a-days but nothing beats relationships and having a human to call/email. I tried other options prior to Featherlight because I wanted to save a buck and wound up getting hacked and it cost my business over $3000 to get it fixed.

I chose Featherlight because a friend recommended it to me for my consulting company. It has proven a great choice and better yet, I don't have to worry about website security, hosting, updates, etc. etc.

Featherlight has been really good to work with. From building our website to helping us keep it maintained, they are great at helping us keep our website up to date and looking good.

I love working with Featherlight. My favorite part? They are super responsive and FAST!! Every web company I've worked with in the past left me in the cold without responding, and it took months to make small changes. Featherlight gets back to me right away, and mosts requests are completed within a week or faster!! They're working at the speed of business these days, and I'm so appreciative!

I love the support that has been given in creating my website as well as offering key points to help me understand how to manage it. Moreso, they offer a special touch with their support team when you can't express what the problem is that you are having.
