Getcovers is an affordable option for those with no time for the learning curve required to master the technical aspects of cover design. You can share an idea with them or ask for an original one, and they will do it. I knew it could take some back and forth, and you do get a different artist each time, so you can have elements you liked changed with ones you didn't like. This takes time, but not skill on the side of the author. You may have to do some handholding with the design specs, as some said in other reviews ( I didn't), but if you are new to this process, they will also HOLD YOUR hand through it! Carin was awesome at helping me feel I was making the right choice. I even expanded my order from a 35$ cover to the hardcovers and marketing package. Carin is great at the subtle upsell:) You cannot beat the cost or the customer service when you need a cover and don't have the funds for an established artist. They did a great job giving me what I asked for in a tricky genre and were clear and efficient along the way. The team was tremendously helpful with my first novel cover! Thanks Guys!

It only took one revision to get a book cover that stands out and will hopefully both stop the scroll and get the click. It really made my day opening that design and seeing my story come to life on the screen. I love it.

Fast service however it does take some time to get your design exactly the way you envision it so just keep being persistent until you get it right!
Customer service is very friendly & professional.

I only gave 3 stars this time. The reason is that it took 2 weeks and a day or two to get a cover designed. The first week, I needed to send it back for a quick revision that the coaches recommended. When I got it back, it was the same cover that I was originally sent. This was the first time that it happened to me. This also was book number 8, all the other covers that was designed and needed a revision had a quick turn around. I'm hoping that this is a one time occurrence because the quality of the cover has always been good,
