E puesto una estrella porque por mi no merece ni una.. Mala experiencia con ellos en principio te lo pinta bien. Te cojer dinero rápido i en un mes no dice nada si no lo preguntes tu.. Cuando lo preguntas te dice que es denegado.. Un Hymer del 2002 motor 2.8 Fiat no me lo ha obtenido el COC... Me dice que me devuelvan dinero en 5 días laborales.. Me lo da en 15 días... Estafadores casi 2 meses usaron mi dinero. Si no tenias disponible para Hymer porque me cobrastes dinero i he tenido que esperar yo casi 2 meses? Así que mi reseña así se queda.. Estafadores

Sie haben die bezahlte Bestellung drei Monate lang nicht ausgeführt und das Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Ich kann sie NICHT empfehlen!

I ordered a Jaguar Certificate of Conformity (COC) through GetCOC after being given a clear written promise of delivery within 6–11 working days.
Today, 37 days have passed and I have still received nothing, nor have I been given any clear, official, or truthful explanation about the real status of my order.

What is most serious is that the issue affecting Jaguar COCs was already known at the time of purchase, yet it was never disclosed during the ordering process, clearly misleading the customer. This represents a very poor commercial practice and a total lack of transparency.

I made important administrative and financial decisions based solely on the delivery timeframe promised by GetCOC, which turned out to be completely unreliable.

To date:

No certain delivery date

No clear communication

No real accountability

This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

Nearly 4 months after paying €280, I still have no COC. Only promises, excuses and delays — but no actual result.

They advertised a delivery time of 6–11 days. We are now well past 120 days, and they are still unable to give any real date.

Customer support is practically non-existent: there is no phone number, only a chat that goes nowhere and never solves anything. Every time there is a new excuse, but the document never arrives.

This has caused us real damage, because we trusted this company and paid in advance for a service they were unable to provide.

We are now close to seeking legal assistance just to protect ourselves, which is absurd for something that should have taken a few days.

An incredibly bad experience. This company is completely unreliable. Avoid if you don’t want to waste time and money.

The main dealer quoted me an outrageous price and a 4 week wait for the COC. Found GetCOC online and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! The price was much more reasonable and the certificate arrived in under a week. It's a no brainer.

Took 13 business days but once CoC received by the company was rapidly dispatched with UPS express. Excellent comms to assure me of progress.
I had an urgent need to obtain a CoC for a 2002 VW Golf 1.4 Petrol that my daughter was using to commute to a Clean Air Zone (CAZ) city. The automated systems were incorrectly clasifying this vehicle as not meeting Euro 4 emissions. We had strong grounds to believe, the systems being used did not use the manufacturer's database and were only relying on the date of registration. We had further evidence that London was using a more sophisticated system checker/database and did correcly classify the vehicle as Euro 4 compliant. The only way to challenge the ongoing penalty notices my daugter was receiving from a CAZ city was to obtain the CoC and then appeal which we are now doing, as the CoC clearly indicates the emissions meet Euro 4 standard. I received the CoC within 13 business days of purchase via UPS delivery.

Constant communications were replied to as had an urgent case to get the CoC to defend an incorrect Euro classification from a a UK city council.

J'avais besoin du coc pour mon Audi et j'étais assez pressé. Je l'ai reçu en 3 jours seulement. Le fait de recevoir une copie numérique par email presque immédiatement est un vrai plus qui m'a permis de prendre de l'avance.

Non vengono inviati documenti validi, ma fac simile che vengono rifiutati. Mi sono ritrovato a pagare di più per avere un servizio più lento con la beffa di non ricevere quanto richiesto. Richiedere il COC alla casa madre è più rapido ed economico. Non è disponibile un servizio clienti al telefono ma solo via email, solitamente rispondono dopo una settimana. Tempi biblici nel caso si abbia bisogno di un documento in breve tempo. Ragione unica per la quale ci si rivolge a questo servizio.

No valid documents are sent, only facsimiles that wiil ned up being rejected. I ended up paying more for a slower service with the added insult of not receiving what was requested. Requesting the CoC (Certificate of Conformity) from the parent company is faster and cheaper. Customer service is not available by phone, only via email, and they usually reply after a week. Biblical waiting times if you need a document quickly. The sole reason one would use this service.
