1 month later and still without an order.
I’ve emailed and received an email back apologising for the delay insisting it had been sent.
They were only little stocking fillers for my daughters, but it’s the principle of it that they’ve took my money and not sent the products.
Complete scam, something seriously wrong with these people!

Ordered beginning of October- despite emails I have not received any response plus both order number and tracking number are not available. This is over £65.
I am now going to have to try to get my money back . Very disappointed

Fast delivery & great quality
I ordered my ChillMate on 20th October. It arrived in 4 days and was well packaged. The item matches the description and works as expected. Customer service answered my question quickly. Overall---very satisfied and would buy again.

No communication or items received
I placed an order for three items on 11th October and received an email confirmation straight away. The money left my bank account the same day, but as of 3rd November, I still haven’t received anything.
I’ve sent five emails chasing an update and only got one reply back. They sent me a tracking number, but it doesn’t work with Royal Mail (which they claim to use), and when I check my order on their website it just says “unknown.”
The lack of communication has been really disappointing, and I’ve now had to go through my bank to get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Still waiting for my parcel
Still waiting for my parcel. Have had some replies saying it’s been sent but taking longer but still well over two weeks when delivery says 5-7 working days. I believe it’s a scam. Don’t order from here. I’ve asked many of times for a refund and never get an answer.
