🚫🚫🚫they are hacking you . I saw someone complaining about them, but I didn’t believe it until it happened to me.🚫🚫🚫

I will write about my full experience, and you judge for yourself.
I have a hardware ban in Valorant and I contacted support. They told me to buy a specific product, but said I had to perform a RAID 0. I didn't know what that was—I thought it was just formatting or deleting something—so I bought the product. Afterward, I told them I didn't know how to follow the RAID 0 steps. They asked how many hard drives I had, and I said one. They replied that it wouldn't work for me and that I needed more than one. (Instead of telling me I needed more than one hard drive from the very beginning, they waited until after I paid).
They then said, "Okay, we will refund your money." And guess where they returned it? To my account on their website. Since buying a product from them requires depositing money into the site balance first, they essentially just moved the credits back there. Now they have stopped responding to my messages, and support is silent.
Now, what did I gain from this? I want to understand. I didn't get the ban removed, and I didn't get my actual money back. What kind of scam is this???
Also, I have simple information on them; as I first approached them, they told me to write a good review on this platform in exchange for a discount. I’m not saying all the reviews are fake, but that’s what they told me, and I have the proof.

Awful and just reselling
Support are useless to say the least. You'll buy a key and could be waiting weeks to actually recieve it due to "stock issues" they claim their cheats are undetected but my friend literally got flagged the second he loaded up with a certain cheat, so i tried to just cancel my order for that specifc cheat to get a different one instead. They told me i could get a refund back to my account balance so i continued with buying the other one i wanted knowing theother was voided. Only to be told the next day they are no longer going to give me a refund and then blocked me from being able to speak to support on my account.

I have spent well over 200$ with this company and if im being treat like this, imagine how they treat first time customers.

Stay clear of the site, there's plenty of alternatives out there. Also, every single cheat they sell is cheaper on the site of the actual developers. These guys are just resellers not makers. Do not use this site.

I hope they delete my account after this.

its a SCAM. You pay and all seems legit, until you get sent a invalid key and support makes sure to delay time and tells you in russian "wait for developer respons"
