This review is factually incorrect. GetCertNow as a Authorized Training Partner of VMEdu/SCRUMstudy provide multiple options including a full refund to the students in case of any issues and the refund request falls under the terms and conditions. Read through the cancellation policy through the link: https://www.getcertnow.org/classes/terms-and-conditions
Cancellation Policy (if student opt for a refund) : Cancellation within 12 days of the course commencement date: There will be an 85% cancellation fee and all refunds will be processed, and payments made to students within 30 days of receipt for a course cancellation request.

Cancellation within 5 days of the course commencement date: No money is refundable. We do understand that sometimes things do not go as per plan. In case you are not able to attend a particular program because of some changes in plan, we recommend that you reschedule the class rather than cancelling it completely.

Feed back for Certified Scrum Master 2 days program.

I attended 2 days program of CSM. It was really a worth spending time and money, content was good and the most important, the covered each and every topic related to Scrum Master. I will surely recommend the same. Looking forward to apply for exam and hopefully this will help me to grow in my respective profile. Thank you!

Passed - Scrum Master Certified

I have done my Scrum Master Certification with help of 2 days Online course from GetCertNow, The faculty name was Mr.Deepak. He was good in explaining the PPT & relate it with examples. It was interactive session with activities done during Q & A of PPT.

I recommend to this course from GetCertNow.

The course material was of good quality…

The course material was of good quality and easy to relate. The trainer was thorough in his understanding of the subject and also imparted the lessons well. Time was managed well throughout the 2days sessions. The Q&A after every chapter helped understand the content better.

First of all, it's a great honor to be part of Certified Scrum Master Course which is provided by GetCertNow. Fantastic training by Mr Vinoth. His content and content delivery was superb. He kept the group engaged and taught the concepts by using real live examples.Training material and PPT provided by them are very impressive.The group activities and Q&A were lively and informative. Overall great experience!

I strongly recommend GetCertNow for certification courses.
