Absolute game changer in terms of health analytics and actual actionable data and metrics. Can’t speak highly enough of them. I feel like I have a clear plan of action on how to improve my long term health outlook.

I've been really impressed with Calibre! As a 30 year old, I started using them to get a better insight into what I could be doing to optimise my health and I haven't been disappointed. I've discovered things that haven't been previously picked up through GP appointments/routine bloods and they're giving me the accountability to make the lifestyle changes I've been neglecting for a while! Calibre helped me a lot to get my energy levels back.
Through the lab test, they showed me that my testosterone levels were too low. They explained to me that in this case my body would not be able to recover easily from my every day work as a physiotherapist.
They also helped me focus more on my sleep consistency, and suggested I increase my caloric intake. This was a big surprise, but I learned how my busy life led me to often not eat enough and that affected my hormones.

I signed up to Calibre because there are some pretty significant health issues that run in my family. I’ve always exercised regularly, played sport and generally looked after myself, but I wanted to understand whether I was actually on the right track or just assuming I was because I felt healthy.
