Je n’ai pas eu de problème avec eux, ils répondent à toutes les questions assez rapidement alors que j’avais pris le service pendant le mois de Nyepi (beaucoup de jours fériés) et j’ai quand même eu mes réponses.

J’ai donc pris pour 2 kitas, pour le processus c’est assez simple :
Il suffit d’envoyer tous les documents, après 2-3 semaines, on reçoit le permit entry provisoire qui nous permet d’entrer sur le territoire.
Une fois arrivé à Bali, ils ont prit notre passeport pour finaliser le processus du visa (ça a prit 2-3 jours) ensuite un coursier nous a ramener les passeports avec les visas 👌

So quick and easy. Made the whole process so easy.

Response was in a matter of minutes and we was straight into getting it all sorted. Real peace of mind and such a nice and smooth experience.

They always respond same day to any text message no matter the day or holiday. It's very impressive. No matter the question there is always a helpful in depth response with details. All my fears were always soothed. I got the b211 visa with 2 extensions plus I left the passport with them as I traveled all over Indonesia so that they could renew my visa without my physical presence. As you can imagine my family and friends were scared and thinking I was stupid for giving away my passport. I'm living proof 🤣 there was no problem! Just got my passport today!

Indonesia is my 1st country outside the western world so yes I was nervous!!!!! So many things could go wrong! But I'm happy to say nothing did!

The highlight of my trip was teaching English through workaway.com in Java the neighbor island of Bali. Truly life changing to meet the Javanese. Java feels like a different country compared to Bali.

Anyways highly I recommend this company.... Be safe.

Service was nothing but hassle free. Communication was great and kept me updated using WhatsApp.

I was very sceptical after reading recent reviews (which was posted during the process), although their response times with messages and reassurance really made things less stressful.

Helpful and effective service! Kept in constant communication with me while my visa was being extended. They also helped me out when a package I sent home was stopped at customs after I had left the country. They picked up the package for me, removed the offending item, and got it sent again. Very friendly, efficient and effective service, particularly from Redmond, who was lovely and helpful throughout the process!

I would recommend this agency as very efficient and trustworthy. They helped my son get his visa extension, but my experience with them was when we asked if they could help us with a parcel. The parcel had been sent back to Bali post office as it failed xray (my son had put some spare asthma inhalers in and they are not allowed ... ooops). Redmond of the agency collected the parcel, and took them out then organised repacking and sending to the UK again. He was brilliant at communicating and making sure every detail was right. Completely trustworthy and so efficient, and also very nice and caring too. Was very happy with their service.

We have used GBV a number of times now. From applying for and extending B211A visas, to opening our PT PMA and getting our KITAS. We've also used their birth certificate services as our son was born in Bali. We have relied on their expertise and advice a number of times and really trust their team to get the job done right. This company also operates as apostille.id. They took my money and kept making excuses about why my document was delayed, and it never showed up. Definitely one to avoid - probably scammers.

After replying to my first version of this review, GetBaliVisa claimed I wasn't their client to try to deflect my criticisim. I have their invoice in my inbox, no 13849, and it clearly states:

Subsequent to my complaint, my document did eventually show up, but I think that if my wife (who is an Indonesian national) not intervened, I would have ben just another bule to extract more money from.

This company have fake reviews and totally fraud and once you give them money they will not get back to you keep lying all the time. And they will never refund your money back. I applied last December 2023 being more than 2 months now . I have given then 1600$ for 4 visa. Have all prove and screenshots for there chat. When i write a review they instantly come and write to show others that they are very good and honest . But they are scammers

quick procedure, always with quick responses, reassessment very quickly and they also helped me at the airport, complete support from beginning to end in the visa process, I highly recommend it

I have used them twice now and they are very professional and very helpful
They got my partner from Sri Lanka’s visa and said it would take 10 days which it did and I got my visa from Australia in a few hours

BIG FRAUD ALERT
To my Aussie friends do not go for this company. Its a big scam fraud company. They will take initial money from your and will say you that they will process your request within the timeframe but then they will ask you for more money and keep on asking. They are big fraud go to australian news to verify as news has also reported these scam companies. I am unable to share their prove screenshots here otherwise I would have share how they will keep on asking you for more and more money and not only this they will directly say you that they have to bribe officers so give more money. Also, they will threathen you that they these reviews they will get it removed but I will keep posting it to make sure that everyone get aware of these scam companies. I will also post their review on Australian social media pages so that no one else get affected by them. I completely agree with fredrieck and other people who have given them negative reviews. Do not believe their fake created overrated reviews. I would like everyone to come forward and report this scam fraud company so that our fellowbeings do not have to suffer from such scams.

SCAM/FRAUD ALERT
This company is a big fraud.they have charged us US$250 for bali visa per person and then they keep demanding more money after few days again and again. Also they are continuously threatening us and not even sharing our application number. They are liars. I want to warn all Australians to be aware of this scam company. Also We are reporting them everywhere on social media and their embassy here. I would like everyone to report them who have similar experience and do not believe their fake reviews. These positive reviews are all fake and company will keep on demanding money from you again and again so do not believe them.

Very clear requirements and very smooth process

The whole process was a smooth flow. I enquired and asked to provide required documents of which l did , made payment and the Visa was out on time as expected. The agents where very friendly and always provided answers to questions.
