Got My KITAS in Just 10 Days – Highly Recommend!"
I used Get Bali Visa to convert my C1 visa to an E33G remote working KITAS, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Although the estimated timeline was around 3 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my visa in just 10 days — I applied on the 15th and had it by the 25th!
A big thank you to Diana, who guided me through every step with patience and clarity. She was always quick to respond and clearly explained which documents were acceptable and what needed adjusting. I really appreciated her friendly tone — at one point, when I asked what to do next, she joked, "waiting on the beach with coconut :)" — which made the process feel so much more relaxed and human.

Easiest visa process
Get Bali Visa was the easiest visa process I've ever had. I just submitted the docs on WhatsApp and they took care of everything. They even helped me figure things out when there was an Indonesian holiday and the offices were closed. Great customer service and I always get an answer or response right away. I will definitely be using them when I extend my visa and any time I come back. Also a big plus was not having to stand in line at customs for hours when I arrived. I just walked right up and was seen and passport scanned.

Legit service and have used it twice…
Legit service and have used it twice over the last couple of years. Only interacted with them on WhatsApp, and they’re very responsive but you can tell different people are servicing the chat so the experience can be all over the place. Only real complaint is the price is getting very high on the second renewal by almost 2x
