They are a FRAUD!! I became a member. They eventually sent me a renewal email. The renewal email included not one but two buttons that said 'renew'. I did not click on either one since I did not want to renew. Absolutely no mention of 'auto-renew'. I looked on my membership page. Absolutely no mention of auto-renew...and no option to cancel it if it was engaged (I have screen shots...which I will be submitting to the court). They auto renewed my subscrition unilaterally. I did not authorize it. When I discovered it...I attempted to get a refund. They refused. I am filing a fraud report and I am filing a claim in superior court.
