Getamover Omdömen

Found this site doing a Google search, filled in my details, received my quotes from 2 local companies within 24hrs, I picked the company I wanted to move me from the quotes given and was very happy with the service they provided. Simple to use site no constant annoying emails, another company supporting local businesses

Fast and reliable service highly recommend

Never give these cowboys your contact details.
They'll ring you every single minute and pester you.
Also they are 5 times expensive then the local companies.

No offers sent. Only requests for more information and data. The phone starts to ring immediately to get more data from you. This website will not give you any price; only sell your contact information to the companies.

I hired a removal company through this comparison website. They were absolute cowboys! Damaged my furniture and then charged me lots of excess fees, which I had to pay before they would unload my furniture into the new house. Getamover owes a duty of care to customers to conduct proper due diligence checks on the removal companies it promotes.

After taking your details with flexible moving date in a large city like Birmingham, they tell they don’t have any company around to provide the service. Waste of time, I hope they aren’t using our information for something else

Very swift processing of the request for a mover.

Provided local companies to choose from and they were really great

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Had two honest reviews removed for identifying the true facts….can’t tell everyone the truth without it being removed.

Do your research AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

If in doubt, search for a legitimate company on Checkatrade

Found lots of movers who replied quickly to my request. If you’re in Manchester I’d highly recommend using VANMANJI

You identified high-quality contractors and our final choice proved excellent.

Great how traders contacted us and weren’t pushy

I had a great experience comparing movers services through this website as it helped me find a great local mover who didn't charge an extortionate fee and did a brilliant job. I wioll certainly use Getmover.co.uk again!

Total professionalism from the first contact to completing the job

Great site to book a mover, no issues whatsoever, great experience with the certified movers, all good!

Seems I'm not the only one regretting this.

I wanted to get some indicative ideas of moving costs, so I can decide whether to use a company or do it myself with family. I put my details in at around 19.30, hoping to get "a select list of local companies" to choose from to investigate further - and the phone started ringing literally two minutes later.

It's now 11.00am the next day, and I am fending calls / emails / texts off from dodgy-sounding removal companies from all over the country. I've blocked at least 8 already, but they just keep springing back up again on a different number.

Never, ever, ever again....

The mover we found on this site has disappeared with all our belongings. Site not replying. AVOID. I do not believe they vet the companies as they claim.

scaming robbing peoples this company

Be prepared to be hounded by companies with zero reviews and fake websites. They may be legit companies, but not that one can verify.

Best to do your search via trustpilot first, as they send your contact details to a number of other companies other than the ones they show on your "quote" summary page.
