unsolicited e-mail with incorrect information

I received an unsolicited e-mail from Sam at Get Agent telling me that a buyer was interested in buying my property. Not only is my property not for sale but the email addressed me by my Christian name Claire which is how I am known only by family, friends and my close circle. Officially I am Kathryn Claire Hanna This is an outrageous breach of my privacy and such aggressive marketing should be stopped

PreMarket is a feature designed to help homeowners understand early buyer demand. Buyers tell us what they are looking for, such as the area and number of bedrooms they are interested in. If a homeowner later decides to sell and instructs an estate agent, interested buyers can be introduced to the agent. Using PreMarket does not mean the property is officially for sale or that the homeowner has committed to selling.

GetaAgent site was veryusefulely…

Joshua Edwards was extremely informative & helpful as I havent sold a house for a few years and things change.
He put 2 Estate Agents in contact with me. I arranged valuation visits with them giving me a good idea on how to approach the agents with questions on there services.

Joshua is very helpful!

I completed the online enquiry and got a contacted within 30 minutes with a great follow up call from Joshua Edwards. He was very polite, cheery and knowledgeable.

I was given brilliant advice and everything that Joshua has promised has been delivered. Thank you very much!.

Di not contact unless selling your house now

Saw a reel on FB re Get Agent and decided to investigate. I received a call from Daisy. I explained to Daisy that I was not selling until Feb/March 2027. She said Get Agent were not linked with any estate agent but mentioned MacDonald were one of the best in my area. She sent me an email which stated MacDonald would shortly be in contact with me. I did not ask for this I made it quite clear I would not be selling til next Spring and I do not want pestering

Jordan was amazing

Jordan was amazing. He called straight away and ensured that it would only take a few minutes of my time, and it did. He left my some useful questions to ask the Estate Agents and he was very informative and helpful.

Joshua was very polite and…

Joshua was very polite and knowledgeable.
For someone that is not to sure of what direction I'm going, he gave me some pinpoints of what i should ask and know before trusting an agent with my property.
