I receive reliable resumes for appropriate jobs that I've posted. The site is easy to access and provides a resume and other necessary contact info.

As a Volunteer Recruiter for the American Red Cross, I have not been using Get.It for very long, but I am very excited about the potential for myself and other recruiters in my region. Many other sites are not willing to accept listings for volunteer positions, but Get.It has shown a willingness to allow me to post on their site, realizing that there are other ways to be paid other than traditional financial compensation. The dashboard for me to review my listings and applicants is clean and easy to understand, and I have the ability to mark the stage of progress with those who apply. I was easily able to upload our company logo, duplicate similar job listings (so I don't have to recreate everything), and the fact that I have the ability to have my listings also posted to LinkedIn is a tremendous bonus. I have found their staff personable, willing to listen to suggestions, and incredibly willing to help as I try to expand my impact on their site. I've done the research, and finding job posting companies that really are FREE is almost impossible to find. I can't recommend Get.It enough and look forward to a long continued relationship with them.

Get.it is the only true Job posting service that is free on the internet. I have posted several positions and the candidates were redirected directly to my employers Workday System. This system works and allows you to post jobs on companies like Linkedin.com and it is totally free.

I especially find the Chat GPT feature very helpful. I always thought I wrote good position descriptions, but ChatGPT takes my write ups to the next level.

The search tool is basically worthless and there is no other way to filter jobs beyond the basic search. Thus trying to find a job on this site is next to impossible, unless you're a nurse, which they have plenty of opportunities for nurses.

Applying for a job on this site is very simple and very easy to understand. I received many job postings, and I'm still going through them.

I have been very pleased with the customer service, features & overall use of the job board.
Personalized & helpful customer service that make you feel like you are part of their team needing assistance.
For this being a free job board, this is a great option especially with the availability to have jobs pushed to LinkedIn (where others don't). Features of being able to review applications or redirect applicants to an application URL are both beneficial.
Also, customer notification emails are the right amount. They provide updates of features & benefits to utilizing the job board without being so frequent the customer feels bombarded by the job board.
Basically, overall great job board & recommend to any business large & small to sign up & see how it could benefit your recruiting or open positions. Utilizing the job board for about 2 years at the time of review.
