The product itself is amazing and has amazing potential. I'd love to see a better onboarding process and better tutorials on how to use toe software
Took me almost an hour to figure out what I needed to do in order to scrape my emails for invoices
I've been using it for a while and it reduced 80% of the manual invoice connection. I contacted support 2 times and the anwer was super fast.
It just works! It's such a nuisance to PDF and upload every email receipt to our gDrive, and now I don't have to! I've been using this tool for ~6 months and it works perfectly for my purposes. I especially love the subscription tracker so you can see how much you are spending on recurring expenses.

Simply put - it doesn't work! Well, it partly does and can scrape some attachments, but no more efficiently than most other tools. Another big disadvantage is that it can not distinguish between a receipt and an invoice (request to pay). Don't waste your money

Hi Tim, sorry that you have such an experience with our product. Please, contact me (mike@tailride.so), I will help you. We definitely distinguish invoices and receipts, as well as other types of the documents, also we scrape not only attachments, but also invoices that are in the text of emails.
Very poor support. Their app was sending the completely wrong totals to Xero making it useless. I suggest finding another workaround or programme because this is definitely not it hey.

No support responses. I have tried to implement their software; however, they lack documentation on how to use it. I have reached out to their support chat and via email for weeks. I have yet to get a response. I will be looking for an alternate solution as the lack of support is concerning

This stopped working after months...I get no invoices from email and Amazon Business. I contacted them various times through chat and they read it, but ignores me completely. It's frustrating! Not recommended at all if you want to miss invoices.

We’re really sorry about this experience and we understand your frustration. Amazon recently made changes to their dashboard, which temporarily broke Amazon invoice retrieval on our side. We’re currently fixing this and the update is almost complete.

Incredible service that I was looking for... for years. Now my accountant will be happy and I can put all my invoices at the same place even using WhatsApp ! So I loose nothing. Must have !

I can't tell you how much I appreciate GetInvoice. I only wish I had it a year ago before I had to spend several nights sifting through my inbox manually finding invoices and parsing them into Google Drive and Sheets. What. A. Pain. That. Was.
