When I realised I'd been charged for items I hadn't ordered I contacted customer. service to cancel the order. Their so called customer service is a joke.
They kept putting me off, saying they were busy!
It arrived today and it is a cheap plastic "toy" with no suction whatsoever.
This is a complete scam.
DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Dieser Roboter taugt rein gar nichts.Es ist vergleichbar mit einem Spielzeug, nicht die kleinsten Krümel nimmt er auf.Und bei dem kleinsten Hinderniss bleibt er stehen.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from this retailer. My experience was frustrating from start to finish and left me with very little confidence in how they handle customer transactions.

After completing what I believed was a straightforward purchase, I discovered an additional charge on my bank account that I had not expected. To make matters worse, I never received the usual confirmation email or receipt, so I had no reference number or proof that the order had even been processed. Because of the unexpected payment activity, I immediately called my bank and told them to stop any further transactions with this company.

When I contacted customer support, they insisted they could not investigate because I was unable to provide an order number even though the reason I didn't have one was that THEIR system never sent any confirmation. I supplied evidence of the payments from my bank statement, but they refused to use it and kept insisting I produce the order number. This is in blatant disregard of all European consumer laws, which do apply to them since they claim to operate out of Lithuania.

Instead of taking responsibility and working from the payment details I provided, the matter simply went around in circles. The entire experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I was left feeling that customer service was unwilling or unable to resolve a problem that appeared to originate with their own ordering process.

Based on my experience, I STRONGLY recommend your stay as far away as possible from this company.

This vacuum is like a toy that does not move around. It is a scam and has taken out everyone's money.

BEWARE!!!! Total scam. I stupidly started to order 3 robot vacs but got suspicious when loads of pop ups came up trying to get me to buy cleaning products. Unfortunately the order did go thru without me pressing the order confirmation and shipping etc. then I got an incorrect invoice charging me more and a cleaning products for a ridiculous amount. I emailed them several times straight away asking to cancel the order but they said it was already despatched and too late. Products arrived a couple of weeks later. They are cheap plastic pretend robot vacuums. Toys. They do not work it’s a total scam. Have emailed asking for a refund but of course there has been no reponse.

I ordered two DustaPro robot vacuum cleaners, which were received a week or two later.
Unfortunately I could see straight away that they were not as solid as appeared on their advertising video/ they were cheap and flimsy product.
I contacted them on their email address to request their returns policy. A reply was received from “Victoria” in Customer Service , who was extremely courteous and appeared to be concerned. I was invited to send a photo of the product I had received, which I duly sent. She offered a partial refund of 20% I think, on the basis I could keep the items. The company was clearly not interested in taking returns. After some further exchange of emails, it was agreed they would refund me 40%. I was told there may be a delay - depending on bank account, etc. She said it would take at least 3-7 business days, but possibly longer- up to 20 business days.
After four weeks I emailed her to enquire as to the delay. No reply. I sent at least three more emails- again no reply.
Then, last weekend, I emailed their customer service through their website and I immediately got an automated response followed a few minutes later again from “Victoria”. She was extremely courteous and apologetic and stated that her original instruction for a refund appears not to have been acted upon by “the team” but she would follow up on it immediately. No further reply since, and no word of a refund.
They are a scam company I fear, registered in Lithuania, but operating from China I think.

Received the refund after this review was published.
Still rate this company very poorly. The advertising was totally misleading- useless product. They made money out of me- I paid 143 and only got 64 back.

I ordered and paid using PayPal. The price charged was not the price I approved. It was US dollars not Australian dollars and it had a warranty charge applied. I contacted the company straight away and tried to cancel. They said it had already been shipped. I always Amex for my payments but some how this company charged both my registered cards with PayPal. I am fighting to get this sorted. I received a message tiday to inform me the item was on its way.Do not trust this Company.

I ordered one unit and was charged for three. I asked straight away for a refund and said it was already despatched. That was weeks ago. I have to send back for a refund when I receive it. Absolute scammers. Would not touch this company.

After a month-long wait I finally received my order.
What an absolute piece of garbage it is.
It is totally unfit for purpose. It is tiny, underpowered, dreadful build quality and completely ineffective. We even watched it pathetically pushing around a piece of dust it couldn’t vacuum up (it actually collected nothing at all).
I have been completely hoodwinked by a glossy online advert vastly misrepresenting the products’ ability and quality (which, laughingly, compared it to alternatives costing £400).
Were I to have had the option of seeing this product before purchasing, I simply would not have bought it - not for any price.
I have written to "customer services" requesting a refund but have had no reply after 9 days.

Do not order anything from these people. I somehow managed to order two robot vacuums and some drain and toilet cleaner without selecting anything luckily my finger hit the paypal button when I was exiting the payment page that opened on the website. So paypal were able to bblock the future scheduled payments that had been set up. I emailed them within 5 mins of the bogus order being sent but all their quoted customer service emails bounce back address not found! This company is a scam! Beware!

Be extremely careful dealing with this company, they have an almightly bug in their system that enables them to take your money without delivering an actual order form or order confirmation leaving the buyer with no record of the order placed or the payment made. The bug also allows them access to your bank account for long enough after the authorised transaction to take further money without authorisation and again no order form or purchase confirmation. I stupidly ordered ONE of their dust pro robots as i am currently having mobility issues, the cost was €84.97 that included postage however, second after this value was taken from my bank they took a further €104.98! No order form, no order confirmation and i had to hastily place a block on my card as i feared they would empty my account. I have e mailed the company but they just keep telling me that without an order form and number - that they failed to provide - they are unable to locate my order that i state i placed. I have sent them evidence of the money they took but apparently that is not enough! I have pointed out that if they are unable to trace my order then they are unable to dispatch the order so they can cancel the whole lot and refund me in full but they are choosing to ignore this option! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I meant to order only one but accidentally ordered two. I called right away and was told to wait till they arrive to start a return. I got the items and it did not work at all. It picked up NOTHING. It's much smaller than it appears on the website but it just does not have any suction whatsoever. Now I can not get ahold of anyone by phone. No answer to emails. This is a scam company and a total rip off.

What an awful experience. Only ordered a robot hoover but after I had paid via PayPal . The final bill popped up and they had added another hoover , toilet cleaner + drain cleaner . Immediately I messaged customer service to cancel but they said too late it had already been shipped ! Scam . No I have to wait to return the products .

1 because I can't give 0! Please don't visit this website/page! It's a SCAM! After filling my Visa details a page popped up saying my 4 dustaprovacuum were on their way+ extra warranty - I NEVER ordered 4! 6 minutes later I emailed since they have a 12 hour cancellation policy til now... NOTHING! They've taken my 248€ & my bank confirmed they operate out of Lithuania... PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
