I found Jason Cole through Local Surveyors Direct and instructed him to carry out asbestos management surveys across a number of properties in my portfolio.
I was very pleased with his service from beginning to end. His prices were very reasonable from the outset, with no need for negotiation. He arranged the appointments quickly, arrived punctually, and carried out each survey quietly, patiently and thoroughly, taking the time necessary to inspect the properties properly.
The reports were also produced very promptly, apart from those which understandably had to await laboratory test results.
Overall, I found Jason professional, reliable, reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I am very pleased with the service he provided and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring an asbestos survey.
