Great communication and clear and concise information, delivery was fast a great price.

Should reconsider their finance partner, wanted to buy on finance but their system kept crashing so went with karma which was quick but monthly payments higher! Price was a bit higher than elsewhere which I didn’t mind as I was able to pay monthly

It was my first time buying from george Browns i phone to enquire about a blower and the gentlemen was polite and helpful. So i brought it for a good sale price the delivery was great it arrived within two days so i am happy 🙂

Very accurate website. Very competitive product pricing (I was buying a Stihl Strimmer). Very efficient delivery service at a fair price.

Easy to order. Phone updates provided. Would have been a good opportunity for an ‘up sell’ of Stihl motomix when I collected the petrol leaf blower.

Looked online and click and collected items. There were loads of chainsaws in stock very pleased with price and unlike another online garden machinery supplier I tried and then failed to get delivery from after a month having to resort to a Section 75 for refund, Browns had loads of stock.
Would always use this company in future as a good reputable supplier.

Great service thanks. Turned up promptly.

Poor communication even from the so called Sales Manager. Workshop did not listen to problem with Stihl pressure washer so returned item with the same problem, even though they kept if for 3 weeks.
Problem still not resolved and unwilling to communicate to resolve issue.

Really great service, can't fault the customer care and very pleased with my new Stihl chainsaw.

Bought a Stihl MSA200 listed on the website (and on every other website) as a 14” chainsaw. It was delivered quickly and the tool itself is great. But it was sent with a 12” chain guide and matching chain. I discovered this after more than a month when I went to buy a new chain and checked the spec. Should have done so properly when I received the goods in the first place.

Have to say that George Browns have responded superbly, calling me within 24 hours and posting out a 14” bar and chain which I received the next day free of charge despite being beyond the 30-day money back period.

With competitive prices and excellent customer service to back it up, I won’t hesitate to use George Browns again.

Prompt service and delivery, I live in part of UK, one company tried to charge me £200 delivery for identical product, and you charged me £10. Not hard to see that lawnmowers on line are the rip off merchants here. Would have no problem recommending your services.

Online purchase and a member of staff rang me up to check something with me before posting it off. Which I thought was excellent customer service.
