It seems like many others, placed order #100135310, paid for order, received Email verification that order was placed. No notification of shipping or tracking. Have emailed, attempted Chat (no response although says will respond in a few minutes), texted/called numbers listed, absolutely no response. Order shows as "On Hold" at website. They used to be very reliable, now horrible. Do not order!

Placed an order #100135016. Never received the product. Emailed them requesting a refund as I know longer need the product, no response. I texted them with the order number twice asking for a refund, no response. Finally got someone on the phone and gave them the order number and told them I wanted a refund. I guess we'll see.

Not a good experience at all
Not a good experience at all. As a matter of fact looks like a scam. Placed my order then received a text message with payment details for my order. The order number was included with the text. I paid with cash app. Still no product or refund and the person stopped responding. Tried to email support and no response.

Placed order and never received product. I have made multiple requests via email to both Info@geopeptid**es.com and Hello@geopepti**des.com. and via phone to phone numbers: 904-544-1564 and 786-505-8755. NO RESPONSE, its been Weeks. NOTHING. THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE.
I used their Chat on their website. NO RESPONSE.

Never received product
Never received product and no one would respond to emails or text messages. But I was billed immediately. Will have to dispute charges now and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've had so many order issues including…
I've had so many order issues including 2 in a row this time around. I've actually paid for and not recieved multiple orders and the customer service seems non existent or just goes to empty email as I've yet to ever get a reply or rectification. Current order was paid via cashapp even got a heart emoji response saying it was received but have not gotten a shipping confirmation and order has been stuck "on hold" when checking the website for about a week. Hopefully dont get screwed again but all in all legit products great pricing only issues is ordering and customer service which is a pretty big deal considering I've probably lost forfeited almost $500 already due to the poor service of this company.

Geopeptides - SCAM site now, used to be legit.
Geopeptides used to be legit, but has turned into a scam site. You may or may not get your order, it may or may not contain legit ingredients. This past order they only shipped me half of what I ordered. I contacted them 4 times and they just ignored me. I've ordered many times over the years, but like other reviews say, I'll be staying away from this scam site from now on.

Scammers….stole $800 from me. They use to be solid but the guy who runs it now just steals ppls money. Shipping takes months and wrong products and shorts you if they even send it.

I was sent a bogus tracking number that still says USPS waiting on package . I requested my money back today through cash app and emailed a few different addresses I have for them and no word back several hours later. SCAMMERS. Do not place orders with them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They have just gotten worse and now completely rip people off. They do not deliver and show the orders as "complete". Do not bother to try and contact them, they just ignore you. I also understand the products are probably not legitimate anymore.

Follow up - Got my package today. It usually takes awhile but they haven’t ripped me off, ever. I ordered 12/17 and 2 weeks later it was in my hand, about like the before. Thanks Geo team! Your sales are fantastic and we like the products. Have a great 2024!
