Good virtual classroom exeperience
A very good experience with the customer service/Reception desk, she was polite and unbaised.
Also, the tutor/Assesor taught according to individual pace. He was very patient, clear, explained every detail to our understanding. I had fun while learning, that 's a very good experience.

Value for money, clear instructions during studies, a tutor that explains phlebotomy meticulously and makes live blood draws seem less even for someone like me with a phobia for needles, the admin team is very patient and gives all the necessary information and goes out of their way to help with one’s studies

Enjoyable course
I have found the instructors i have had to be very easy and informative to listen to, they make you feel at ease to ask questions and recap.
After a discussion on the lack of being able to download to print the course work we had i understand the reason behind it.
