They sourced the required components and got them sent to me in a timely manner so I could get them installed into a Ute, and kept me up to date with the process.

I am new to using the GT1 device but the tags thus far have performed as expected, reliable and consistent. The web platform and service is excellent. I am very much looking forward to seeing how the GT1 performs long-term (~5 year lifespan).

Equipment never worked as promised. All of the hardware was not sent with original order.

We purchased 26 of the GEO Force SST GT-1 Satellite trackers. We installed them and activated them ourselves easily and the performance is sufficient for our tracking purposes. We are a mid-size construction company and track our Welders, Conduit benders and Cargo tool trailers and Generators. The accuracy is about 98% on the location and it is tracible worldwide. Customer Service was great, and the product is robust and very durable. Visibility varies at times and is based on the item being under or inside a metal building, trailer or container. But with that said you will always know the last location and date it was recorded. And if the item moves into a clear reception area it shows back up soon after. All in all, we are tracking our assets better and are able to locate them much easier saving time, money and gaining peace of mind. I personally recommend the product!

For the money it cost, customers should be able to run reports on where the GPS is on any given date. I was able to gen a generic report by asking a customer service rep but it took two days.

Gordon was friendly and professional, was fast with a response and a fix for the issue i was experiencing
