The work team was great, really cracked on despite appalling weather. Kept us informed during the day. The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is the team arrival was delayed and despite a number of calls no update or explanation was given. Not all cracks have closed but we are hopeful remedial work will fix this.

The entire process from quote to carrying out the procedure was carried out in a professional manner. Their sales engineer went through in detail how the works would be carried out, the quote came through quickly as did the date for carrying out the works. The team turned up on time and they explained each procedure they were carrying out and despite the amount of equipment needed for the works, on completion the working area was left immaculate and i was extremely pleased with the entire job

I had an online meeting with Eslam from Geobear today, and he was very thorough and professional. He did not attempt to push their services and in fact recommended the opposite. He told me their services were not required for the issue my house has. This was extremely surprising and very welcome.

Good customer service leading up to the day of the works. On the day itself the Team arrived punctually and were very polite and professional taking time to explain the process. Really impressed with the results.

Had concerns about possible subsidence so I got in touch with the company. Filled out the online form and got an online appointment first thing in the morning (very quick response!) my meeting was with Craig Dean who was very professional and knowledgeable. Remotely we carried out the inspection and had a q&a. Outcome was that no treatment is needed but for peace of mind I got a free monitoring kit. Great service with no upselling and recommending unnecessary treatment. Quite rare these days!

I had a problem with a kitchen floor slab that had dropped and cracked tiles in a custom built large kitchen diner area. I contacted Geobear online after some research and understanding the solutions available going through the video reviews. Following submission of my query, they responded quickly and a video call was set up. The call was undertaken by Raz Malik who was professional and knowledgeable, we discussed the issues, the need to remove tiles and kitchen panels, there is also under tile heating which was also taken into account. We agreed what was needed, I provided floor plans and a quote to undertake the work followed outline what would be undertaken with clear pre-requisites provided. A follow up call concluded the details and the work was booked. On the day the team arrived were extremely knowledgeable and were able to inject resin under the slab and stabilise the floor. Raising the slab the 5mm required could not be achieved as this may have caused damage to other porcelain tiles and I agreed not going further was the best solution. All done in 2 hours and no evidence they had been there after they left. Excellent service by professional and knowledgeable people. The follow up call after completion was appreciated and the whole experience met my expectations, thank you.

The initial survey was straight forward via video link.
And then the team of guys that do the resin injection again knew their trade.
They didn't mind talking through stages of the process and the technical aspects.
Which was fascinating.
The whole front of the 1908 London property that is sitting on clay was underpinned and lifted in about 5 hours.
So they had cleaned up and finished by 2pm.
As a builder myself and having experienced old fashioned underpinning this was fast efficient and clean .

Thorough video inspection carried out at the time I chose. Craig had already undertaken an investigation in to the property and knew more about the history of it than I did. I got a lot of useful advice and insight in to potential issues and their causes, Craig took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. There were no issues that required immediate resolution so I feel very reassured, with a better understanding of the structure of my property. I would definitely contact Geobear again if I had structural concerns. Highly recommend.

I simply have to sing the praises of Craig Dean MEng (Hons), who helped me retrieve some ancient archived files from a previous project with the finesse of someone decoding the Rosetta Stone while sipping a flat white. These files were so old (from a former company Uretek, no less), I half expected them to be written in Latin and sealed with wax or guarded by a sphinx.

But Craig? He dove headfirst into the digital abyss like a caffeinated archaeologist and emerged moments later with exactly what I needed. I blinked — boom, information delivered. It was like watching someone hit a secret button labelled “Make It Happen” with unflinching efficiency.

I contacted geobear to fix a subsidence problem I had in a patio area. From start to finish they were very professional and my issue was sorted in a few weeks from first contact. I would recommend them.

Geobear done some work on my house and the 2 guys that turned up (Oleskii and Richard) were excellent. both boys kept me informed through the process and answered all my questions about the work being carried out. Professional and courteous whilst working in difficult conditions. Highly recommended a good experience from start to finish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have experienced untold grief directly through their negligence and will be factual in the details I provide. Work was carried out in 2018 to raise a concrete floor slab. After a few years in 2021, I noticed the issues returning and from then the loss adjuster had been making attempts for Geobear to investigate. In May 2023 they agreed to undertake DPT testing of the ground below the slab. This was carried out in July 2023 whereupon Geobear accepted the issue was due to the work they carried out. Geobear who agreed to redo the works as it was due to a failure on their part. They were advised that facilitation works would be required and also reinstatement thereafter. At this point Geobear advised that they would not fund any additional works (bizarrely even though those works are a direct consequence of their failure). In August 2024 Coniston Associates, were instructed by Geobear to pay £15,000 from an initial £4000 offer for reinstatement costs. This work was going to be in the region of £35,000. Work was due to begin, however in December 2024 the claim was moved to another loss adjuster. To date no work has started and Geobear I believe reneged their previous offer and have refused to carry out remedial work despite legal efforts from two loss adjusters. Seven years of stress, grief and problems and still not over. Do not believe their Customer Promise as they don't do any of it. Utterly contemptuous company and have given them the opportunity to make good but have an obligation to tell others and warn them of their behaviour.

Emma at Geobear was incredible today. Absolutely 5 stars! We enquired at the weekend and spoke to Emma via a video call and explained to her all our concerns about our property regarding subsidence. Emma 100% put our fears to rest! Thank you!

The whole process was completely hassle free, from the video call to the workmen completing the job.
