Having used the company previously and very happy with the product I ordered new socks before Christmas. I needed to contact Gill at Customer Service as despite next day delivery Royal Mail had misplaced the package. Gill replied within the hour to advise a new parcel had been despatched for next day delivery today. It arrived this morning and I am very happy with it.

Ordered my socks 10 days ago?!?!!? Still no socks,

Good service let down by quality but very moderate prices. The bamboo long socks I bought size up to 11 (my size) were nearly impossible to pull over the heel and when washed took so long to dry I gave up after wearing them a few times and binned them
I have just bought 6 pairs of long cotton and 6 of short I wear the short over the long in the winter, no problems, wonderful and so cheap, thanks.

Excellent customer service!
I initially ordered the wrong product- the socks I got were too loose and I said so in the review I left. The lovely lady in customer service let me know that there was another type of sock better suited to my problem and she sent me a pack free of charge! The new ones were perfect. Thank you so much.

Purchased some socks that then happened to be available on the website the next day at a lower price with one of Gentle Grip's discount code offers.

Contacted them about this and they refunded the difference within 30 minutes of my email! Thank you Gentle Grip from one very happy (and now very loyal) customer.

Great concept, I got them after ankle surgery to not put pressure on my scars.

The black ones have taken only a few wears for holes to start to appear in the toe. I keep my nails short by the way.

And the colourful ones, I wore them for one day and when I took them off they had a hole in the toe.

I sent a message to them and they didn't reply but a few new pairs of socks arrived in the post.
But I won't be buying again as they do not last

Absolute rubbish

Absolutely fantastic,1st class service, I have only praise for Gentle Grip. Beautiful and extensive choice of colours and designs of socks, there is something for everyone within their range. I ordered one day and they arrived the very next day which was fantastic as they were for a birthday gift. Excellent quality and definitely way above my expectations, this is how all businesses should operate :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My 93 year old father needed socks which aren't tight, so we decided to try Gentle Grip socks. He is delighted with them as they're soft to wear and stay up without cutting in. However, I find that we had the same experience as previous reviewers in that a brand new pair had a hole in them (there must be a hiccup in the checking process!) I contacted Customer Services and was pleased to receive an immediate reply with the matter rectified by next day's post. Thank you, and because of the excellent customer service we will remain Gentle Grip customers.

I have worn and enjoyed the comfort of gentle grip socks for some time, and was surprised to find a fault in a brand new pair.
I emailed customer service, and received an immediate reply with information on the replacement that is being sent.

Have had these socks before and always loved them. I needed some more in different colours and they came quickly. Mine do not leave a groove in my leg and are very comfortable. I love them. I learnt this time not to tumble dry them. My fault entirely, so will not do that in future.

I ordered Gentle Grip socks as recommended by my late mother, as I hate uncomfortable socks and restriction marks around my ankles. Such socks seem quite difficult to find in the "major retail stores". I found that these were just what I was looking for and my feet and legs are really happy in them, stylish designs too. Unfortunately I found a fault with one pair that obviously slipped through Quality Control and contacted the Company. Thank you so much for the prompt and helpful response to my "complaint".

I received a "no hassle" replacement straight away.

The customer service department is to be highly commended, especially in these times where good Customer Service is so rare.

I made a purchase from Gentle Grip based on the description - Gentle Grip. I seem to suffer from socks being too tight and leaving a deep groove in my lower leg. I made contact with the company as I could not see the colours I wanted on the website and had a sort of reply by return and I eventually did find some socks that seemed to be what I wanted. Six pairs (Two packs of three) for £13.99 I thought was a good deal so I placed my order. They arrived in good time and I tried a pair on only to find they were still what I would describe as tight. I wore them for a couple of hours and found that unless I rolled them down to my ankles they left a groove on my leg. I put the rest of the socks aside and left them. A week or so later I received an email asking me for a review and I thought before I said what I thought I would give Gentle Grip a chance to offer a different product that might be better for me or as I requested take back one of the packs of three as they were no good to me. That was two weeks ago on the 19th October 2021. I have not even had a sorry but we cant help. So Product potentially Not Fit For Purpose and Customer service Zero. I hope other customers have a better experience. Does anyone want to try for £5 + postage? ( 3 pairs Size 9 colour Charcoal)
