Disregarding potential customers

Perhaps they have good results, perhaps not. I couldn't verify this because they are completely unprofessional. First, their representative, Febru F., asked me for confidential business information, so I sent it to him. He responded very late, and then stopped communicating altogether. This was about working on websites with hundreds of thousands of views per month. This is a very poor representation of the company and discouraged me from considering their offer.

We’ve had a good experience working with this company. They are very active and always follow up on the work, so nothing is missed. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, which makes things simple and smooth. They also reply quickly and give fast feedback, which really helps us move forward without delay.
