100% a scam site, do not shop with them.

I have reported this company to my bank, as with other reviews on here, they respond but never send anything even after months. There is NO tracking information because they haven’t sent anything. How are they able to get away with doing this, they need to be made accountable/arrested for fraudulent activity.

Ordered a half zip GANT top and still waiting 45 days later. Customer service is responsive but just makes excuses. Suspect its a total scam site and if and when something arrives it will be rubbish. Have started charge back with Amex to reclaim my money. Def DO NOT buy from them.

SCAM. Product never arrived after months of waiting. Complained and was assured it would be with me soon and was told there would be an extra freebie in the parcel to make up for it. Nothing arrived so I issued a chargeback with bank and have since been sent 2 emails asking me to cancel the chargeback. DO NOT ORDER

I really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I’ve been waiting two months with no clear update. I got one email response that wasn’t helpful, and I still have no idea where my order is or if I’m eligible for a refund.

DO NOT USE!! - Ordered 2 Nike Jackets on 25.11.25. Got a tracking number that does not work, not been updated in 3 weeks. Emailed the email address which is on the website and that has now bounced back. Just logged a dispute with the bank. PLEASE AVOID!!

Do not order from this website I ordered a jacket 43 days ago for £49.99 it has never shown up and after 27 emails (not an exaggeration) asking for a refund they send me back £9.99 the website is to scam you and if you buy from there you will lose your money don’t buy from this site or othered like it.

Product ordered on 20th of Oct, delivery time of 12-15 days, after said time no delivery received, contacted supplier, response of too many orders will be with me soon, waited another 8/10 days no delivery, contacted supplier again. Was assured delivery was enroute. 12 days since no delivery and unable to contact supplier now, messaged bank money recovered pretty shortly after.

Do not order from this company ordered something on the 28th October still not arrived. Same emails from customer services as mention in previous reviews. Now with the bank

Targeted Ad on Instagram. Ordered End of October, said it would be 16 days. It’s a month on, chased up 10 days ago for an update got told shipping was down.

Asked for a refund and got told they’d fix the shipping and it’ll be with me soon.

Got an email today asking why I opened a chargeback with my bank. Got an AI written response back to my account.

Product checked the image and the Nike items they were sending have never been sold by Nike… they’re more than likely fake. Can’t tell you quality of product as it probably won’t arrive based on other people’s experience.

Have been waiting for my order for over 2 months now and still nothing they told me it had been shipped and should be with me in 3/5 working days that was a month ago who ever runs this company should be ashamed and should be shut down disgusting

Do not use this company I have been waiting since 26th October for my order have messaged customer services then when I ask for a refund they say they have sent the item complete scam ! Horrible people just before Christmas !

Placed an order on the 5th of October, it’s now the 24th of November and I’ve just issued a dispute with my bank.

Having been in consistent contact with their alleged customer service team, I finally demanded a refund of which was ignored and I was told my order would be fast tracked to be shipped ASAP, even though I was told it got shipped on the 8th of October.

I’ve had no updates or anything at all!
It’s a shame so many other people have had the same problems too.

Ordered my item on the 24th October numerous emails saying its on way still nothing i have just tried to get a refund from my bank never ever will I order off this sham company again absolutely disgusting there should be minus stars

Don’t order if you need anything delivered within a month! Contact customer service to be told to be patient. The “tracker” number hasn’t moved since placing the order. Very suspicious.

Would not recommend ordering from this website. Have waited a month for item and it has still not been shipped never mind delivered. Reached out to the customer service team to be told there was a delay and they can guarantee that the order will be delivered within the next 7 working days. Still waiting for the shipment of the item. After reading other reviews and similar bad experiences, I opened up a payment dispute with my bank. This did not go well with the customer service team. The man named Eduardo that I was in contact with seemed more concerned about the payment dispute which resulted in me getting the money back temporarily than the customer service of the company. I was asked by Eduardo several times to close the payment dispute which I declined until I was guaranteed my item (as well as authenticity due to other reviews mentioning fake designer items being delivered).

They sent an email saying the item had been dispatched a few days after the order but in reality this was just a delay tactic as a month later they still haven't dispatched anything. We have had some back and forth with excuses made about demand for their products but only when I request to cancel my order, I receive another email saying that the item has been dispatched. It is clear that this is simply a lie once again and that nothing will ever arrive. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE
