Cleaning company that left my property worse than when they started!
By far the worst cleaning company in the Netherlands. They charged me €55 per hour for 12 hours of work to clean my house before tenants moved in, and it was so bad that my tenants could not even live there. It was like they did no cleaning whatsoever. When I checked the doorbell camera, the cleaners were frequently outside the property smoking cigarettes and using their phones instead of cleaning.
To add insult to injury, I then tried to arrange with them to return to rectify the issues, but instead of confirming dates and times with me, they just turned up to the house unannounced knowing that the property is unoccupied and expecting to be able to just magically get into the house. This happened twice. On the last occasion, they sent me an email saying they wanted to come on 17 March 2026 and asked me to confirm. I did not confirm as I needed to check dates and times, but they turned up anyway, then blamed me for their mistake! I recorded the entire phone conversation, and this is published (can be provided on request). Even during the phone call with Stefan, he seemed to take great pleasure in hanging up on me because when I called back and I said we were cut off, he replied very smugly, "I hung up," as if he'd won some points against me or something.
Now I am left with a property in an extremely unclean state due to their terrible service and have to pay another company to basically clean up the cleaning company's mess!
