Gemini is a great learning platform even for children that don’t have a delay . It definitely has better videos than regular television for life skills like potty training and generally helping children understand the world around them . It has to be seen as a lifesaver for busy parents who want to well do some ‘ homework’ with a 1 year old and also have some fun videos to keep them entertained during chores time etc . I really love the program what I found really helps is using the option to have a Gemini representative call you so you can discuss your child - not always a child with needs - and have them guide you on how to use this wonderful app to your advantage . It definitely is worth noting that even though it seems expensive it really isn’t when you look at it like a parenting tool / guideline to stay on top at the correct time for speech development during the most important months btw 12-24 months for working parents and is probably a lot cheaper compared to years of catch up speech therapy simply when you have missed the boat . I think like anything it’s important to make it about the child and not make it about feeling guilty about your parenting abilities/realities .Many a parent feel embarrassed when they resort to tools like this which makes it even harder for the child to get what they need asap .

Gemiini is a useful tool.

The support I got to talk was wonderful. She shared so many important information. I always feel like I’m on the right track when I talk to the Gemiini support!!

It great so far. My son is vocalizing more.

Lori is the wise expert and face (voice?) of Gemiini for me so far. She is a wonderful consultant and knows this program and all it's resources inside and out, and also backwards. I would've given up by the complicated options and not found my way had it not been for her brain and heart and she helped me. I am easily overwhelmed and she happily took up the challenge.

I have a strategy now and I'm finding my way to give my son the tools he needs to succeed. I am so grateful to Lori and her monthly calls to make sure we're going on the right path. She really knows her stuff.

Could you please recognize her for me? I'm sure you know how good she is at this but I feel like if she hasn't heard it in the last 15 minutes she should hear it again :)

Unrelated, if I had the developers ear, I have a few ideas to make the program a little more user-friendly for the parent.

It would be helpful if I could load more than one Playlist, or if the Playlist could be set to auto-reload with my choices for the month. When Lori and I spoke last month, I drew up and plan for the month and while it was great to have on my fridge, it would help me to pre-program it to switch over to another Playlist weekly.

I have a work-around, but it would help save a few seconds if there was an option on the Playlist to play a video multiple times, rather than adding it to the Playlist 3x.

I would also add an option for reminders to both play the videos and to switch them over, within the program (though I use my workaround through Google Calendar)

Thank you Gemiini for being the wild rose in a field of daisies, as far as therapies go. I appreciate your whole team. I'm new still but I'm seeing progress and it's the most amazing thing as a mother.

We have been using Gemiini for my daughter with speech delay for 5 years and we love it! When she started early preschool two years she couldn't syring together a sentence. But she was way ahead of her peers with her numbers, letters, colors, and animals all thanks to Gemiini. We had a call with a coach when we first started and she was so helpful and nice. She really helped us hit the ground running! Very happy with this program.

Lori is incredible and always has new ideas and suggestions for what we work on next with my daughter!

Gemiini has completely restored hope to my family. We followed the recommended protocol, and our three year old went from non verbal to speaking sentences.

We followed a recommendation to have our kid watch Gemini every time he sits down to eat. We found a lot of success with this tip!

I have been wanting to leave a review for this program for quite some time. My grandson was non-verbal until he started this program when he was 4 years old. We were worried that he would never speak because he didn't respond to any of the therapy. After 6 months on Gemiini, he was speaking and understanding so much! It is now over 4 years since he started Gemiini and he is mainstreamed in school. He also learned to read with Gemiini and he is one of the best students in the class. My daughter was super consistent with it and he watched every day when he was eating and while driving in the car. He still has some issues with social skills, but now we are all so relieved and confident that he can live an independent life. I could not recommend this program enough.

Gemiini has been nothing short of miraculous for my family. My sister couldn't talk and would just scream all day. It made going to dinner or doing anywhere impossible as a family. I wanted to let people know that Gemiini has not only helped my sister, but enabled my entire family to feel "normal" again. Now she can just tell us what she wants and doesn't have to scream.

! Avoid avoid avoid !

I submitted subscription cancellation request before the end of 7 days free trail so that it won’t charge me monthly fee. The message on the screen displayed - “You will receive a confirmation email from an agent within 1
business day’’. But, it has been 5 days and no response yet and it has charged me the monthly fee already. I submitted cancellation request multiple times, same message displayed as above but still no response from the team. Really disappointed.

I love the Gemiini System as well as the Mobile App. It is indeed very useful for my daughter as guide to create sentences.
The customer service to called to assist me qs a new user was very helpful. Shared inputs as well.

Excellent coach support

Cancelled our subscription in Jan, they confirm via email that my subscription would be cancelled but have gone on to take payment in Feb.
Brad Brower hasn't responded to my emails since we cancelled the subscription.
Very unethical company, taking advantage of families needing support.

Your email clearly states - “if we do not hear from you before the next billing date we will cancel the subscription to avoid any further charges.”
This implies you are not waiting on confirmation from me.

Why do you not send out monthly payment notifications or invoices?

You haven’t refunded me for February, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I appreciate the follow up calls that Gemiini system does with each user....it shows that they are interested in improving the lives of each child and are open to recieve feedback on how to improve Gemiini system.
Secondly, the videos are well explained with videos, matching the words and are slow paced for the children.
