I stumbled upon GeekyZone website and was surprised at the price of the item that I wanted but it was out of stock. I had some correspondence from the staff to see if they would be getting any more, they got me one quite quickly and at a really good price, including free delivery - better price total than on Amazon too where I usually look for stuff. It arrived very quickly and I'm very chuffed to have it. Thanks to GeekyZone staff for their help and prompt delivery.

The first time I have used this company.
Ordered War of the Ring game mat. Because it was just over £50 GeekyZone offered free postage. Best price and postage deal I could find online.
Amazingly It arrived via Parcelforce the following day.

GeekyZone make good on delayed order [edited]
I ordered Grand Hotel Austria on 10.1.23 and as of 4.2.23 hadn't received it.
UPDATE: I have been contacted by Jamie from GeekyZone as a result of this review who has promised to look into things promptly.
UPDATE 2: Told that parcel has been lost. Offered a refund by Kirk which I declined and GeekyZone are looking to source a replacement. They were very apologetic.
UPDATE 3: GeekyZone ordered game from another supplier and it has now been delivered. Exemplary service since the parcel went missing. 2 stars -> 5 stars.

I ordered a soft toy to Germany.
Unfortunately, I moved in between and there were problems with the delivery (also because of the strike of the delivery service in the UK).
But the operators were very friendly, always kept me up to date and we shared the renewed shipping costs.
