Fantastic service overall
Ordered a sleeping leafeon plush I wanted and it arrived within a timely manner (was 24 hour delivery for the item) and was accurately described when it arrived. They also offer pre orders as well which I did after I got the leafeon plush to order the glaceon sleeping plush which is useful since I don't mind waiting for a pre order. Overall a fantastic service which I do recommend.

Slow dispatch
No issues apart from ordering with the intention of giving my wife a gift for her birthday, and the item not being dispatched for two weeks. It missed the birthday deadline by over a week - not a good look on me!

As with any review with "negative" comments, I always try and reply to explain how we will address the issue in future or tell you why something can't be changed so you and other potential customers can understand why things happen the way they do.
With your order, although it may have appeared to you that it was slowly dispatched, I can assure you that the item started it's journey the day after your order was placed. The particular item you ordered was always on a "rough" two week delivery schedule as it had to come from our warehouse in Osaka, Japan. The item does say this on the estimated delivery time but we always also follow up with an e-mail and a text (which I can see were sent to you) to cut a long story short, the reason you didn't receive any tracking information until much later was because we deal with all the import taxes and everything else at our UK hub so that when the item is sent from ourselves in the UK, you don't have to worry about any of that.
I hope that better explains that part of your review, but all in all we are very thankful for your comments!

Ford GT40 Le Mans model
I came across GeekyZone purely by chance after looking for a scale model of a Le Mans Ford GT40. I found their prices to be very competitive and the postal charges were reasonable. My purchase arrived quickly and well packaged. The item was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. They have such a great selection of products that I’m sure I will be back at some point. Item arrived quickly,although i was fortunate in that the item was actually in the shop.
I have ordered from them a good few times now and items that are not in the shop do take longer to arrive,as expected,but not months like some of the cowboys out there on the internet are taking to deliver.
From my experience these guys are genuine and it's good that you can call them,unlike some of the aforementioned sellers out there.

My first order from this website and I am very happy :) I ordered an item which was not due to be delivered until 17th May but was delivered 18 days early which I am very happy about. Other items in the order were all delivered together and all good.
Only thing that is kind of strange is that I did not get a dispatch email from the website themselves; the first I knew about the parcel arriving was from Royal Mail saying it was going to be delivered. Which isn't a big deal. Would definitely order from them again.

What's Important to know
Lot of Fake retailers out there advertising stuff they haven't got to sell. Geeky Zone are not like that, in my experience they are totally transparent and offer great customer service.
