Just collected my table and fantastic service from the guys. Can't wait to put it up later today.

We picked up the Megan 2.0 yesterday. The whole process was quick and welcoming. The two gentlemen helped us load all the packages into the van — they were very nice and funny too.

We were also given a folder with the warranty, a thank-you letter, and other details. All these little things made the whole experience really pleasant.

The table is great quality, and my son (4 years old) absolutely loves it. We are definitely going to have some great times with the table.

We’re already looking for more accessories, as the wooden ones are excellent quality.

The table is fantastic! I picked up on Tuesday, all loaded into the van within minutes, no fuss at all, and super simple to put together once we got home.

Once I'd sorted all the bits out I realised part of my order was missing. I reached out that day, and had heard back within 24 hours with a solution. Paulina was super helpful, and by Saturday I had my missing stuff.

The on site team were very friendly and helpful and the whole process has been very efficient. Would happily support future projects from them and the table looks fantastic!

The guys who put the boxes in the van were funny and kind. They kindly let me use the toilet after my three hour drive. They were also quick but didn't rush. Everything was handled with the upmost care.

Incredible Megan table, as someone who has backed 2 Kickstarter/Gamefound. They are incredible tables and worth every penny. Great team working there as well.
Had the table for nearly 12 months and it still rock solid and I have 0 regrets.

I received my additional accessories for my existing Megan board game table just recently. It has the same perfect quality as the table and makes it even better now.

I ordered the Megan 2.0 table on Kickstarter. After a long wait and minimal communication, it finally arrived. Initially, I was pleased with it. However, after about two to three months, I noticed strange holes in one of the top boards, accompanied by sawdust. I promptly sent them an email with photos.

It took over a month for them to respond. Only after I shared my issue on Reddit and their Gamefound and Kickstarter pages and then they finally acknowledge it.

They explained that the holes were a “human error” and promised to send me a new board, even offering compensation for my inconvenience.

Despite their promises, it took them another three to four months to deliver the new board. During this time, I discovered that the holes were not a “human error” but rather caused by woodworms living in my table.

I repeatedly contacted them about this matter, but they consistently ignored my concerns and provided inadequate explanations.

I strongly advise against purchasing a table from Geeknson. They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their lack of customer care, delayed responses, and deceitful practices are unacceptable.

One of the best buying experiences ever. Would defenetly buy from here again.

Excellent craftsmanship, great fitters, all-in-all very impressed.

We just had a large Henry delivered, and my wife and I both agreed it surpassed our expectations -- both in terms of game-playing functional design and furniture quality. We are older (nearing retirement age) and have accumulated some very nice furniture at this point in our lives. We are avid board gamers, so this was a hobby luxury we wanted, even if the quality was not going to be at the same level as other items in our house. Happily, the quality of this table is excellent.

In terms of design, we are everything about the table is well thought-out. For my war gaming needs, the ability to place a large paper mat under the plexiglass is a huge feature (and one that steered us toward Geeknson in the first place). The felt insert can actually be placed above the plexiglass level, so I can keep a long-running wargame going beneath it and set the table up for play with friends when we are doing social gaming. And the table looks great when the leaves are in to turn it into a regular table.

The customer service has been amazing. We had some uniquely stained cherry chairs that we wanted to use with the table. Terry and the team worked with us on color matching, and even sent us stained wood samples to make sure the table stain would work. It looks great with the chairs.

Finally, we opted to wait for their own people to deliver and set up the table. My understanding is that they send shipments when they have enough completed tables to fill a container. We couldn't get on the delivery schedule of their drivers the first time, so we waited for the next shipment. For us, it was worth it. The delivery was made by two Polish guys who actually work for Geeknson and come here (the US) to make deliveries. They were excellent and had the table set up very quickly and professionally.

If having a luxury piece of gaming furniture is your dream, you can't go wrong working with Geeknson!

Sehr kompetentes Team, wenn irgendwelche Fragen meinerseits waren wurde mir in wenigen Minuten eine Email gesendet. Lieferung war Klasse und wurde schnell zusammen gebaut. Bin extrem zufrieden mit meinem Bristol Tisch und würde es jedem weiterempfehlen. Man sollte sich jedoch sicher sein, da dass trotz allem ein teurer Spaß ist.

Just got my new table excellent delivery and it's beautiful.

I'm using my G&S table for several months now and I'm completely satisfied by this Megan model. Quality build, easy to use and fully equiped, it's a pleasure to welcome friends, have dinner and play on this table.
The team who came at home to mount it was very nice, efficient and open to my remarks.
