On 15/04 I bought a item on GeekBuying thought Sf Express shipping metod because is supposed include costums taxes for Europe and said about 8 days to delivery.
First: On 25/04 I receive an email of Chronopost to pay 16.90€ for costums TAX. I contact GeekBuying to know if they refund this, because is contradictory with shipping advertise and they avoid to answer the question with a template message that did not answer to nothing that i asked.
Second: With the same order i make and insurance in case of damage or lost. On 15/05 the item already should delivery the item, but it did not. So, I contact the Chonopost and they don't know where the item is, problably was stolen by their workers.
For solve this I contact GeekBuying, and they send me for second time the same templated message that did not answer to my question (the same answer to diferente questions). For sure they don't read my messages. Compared with other similar companies, I have to report this unacceptable experience of costumer service.

awesome portal for online shopping and have good live chat customer service. I've problem with my order pending payment confirmation. but with the great support and Quick feedback of live chat customers service, my pending order status issue has been solved. now my order will be dispatched after this weekend. This online portal has lot of branded things to buy at cheapest rate. I like this online shopping site and recommend others to try geekbuying.

Dodgy website and payment method
Tried ordering a phone twice on the website, they advertise paypal so I tried paying via paypal to offer myself extra protection. Order kept coming up with a 'problem' warning, contacted live chat to ensure I wasn't charged twice and they responded that 'don't worry, if we have we'll refund the money :)'. Despite my better judgement, I tried placing the order again the next day, same problem persists. I've never had a problem with paypal with any other company and paypal suggest the problem isn't with them. After this, I'm definitely not willing to put my actual credit card details into the geekbuying.com website and I'm still unable to purchase the handset. My advice is to go elsewhere.
