Service client étrange. Le transporteur DHL ne m'a jamais livré à domicile (alors que l'adresse est individuelle, claire), et après l'avoir notifié au service client, ils m'ont demandé de me mettre en relation avec DHL car eux ne pouvaient rien faire, soit.
Le transporteur n'est jamais parvenu à livrer au bon point relais, puisqu'ils organisaient leur livraison au moment où ce point relais est fermé (pour info : point relais ouvert 7j/7, au moins 6h par jour, il suffit de passer aux horaires d'ouverture...).

Suite à quoi le service client, au lieu de résoudre mon problème, ont décidé d'empêcher toute prise de commande me concernant car incapables de résoudre un problème de livraison (et en plus, ne se sont pas excusés du désagrément !).

Expérience étrange, de la part d'une cliente qui a commandé plusieurs fois sur leur site, qui a dû se débrouiller avec le transporteur pour trouver une solution et être livrée après 2 mois d'attente et à être baladée de point relais en point relais... bref, expérience désagréable.

Au top! J'ai commandé directement sur leur site en Hongrie, et j'ai été livrée en 3 jours!

Cette marque fait d'excellents produits avec un rapport qualité-efficacité-prix imbattable.

Rien à dire, après des années de recherche pour trouver une crème solaire qui ne me donne pas des irritations et SURTOUT qui est VRAIMENT comme si je ne portais pas de crème,j’ai enfin trouvé. C’est Geek and Gorgeous 0 feel. Je suis tellement choquée d’avoir enfin trouvé cette crème solaire qui ne colle pas, qui ne dégouline pas sur vous pendant la journée, qui ne peluche pas! Don’t make the mistake to order from their official website. I had to cancel my order because it takes them one week and a half to ship one small spf. Very bad customer service.

Ich bin immer nervös, bei einem mir neuen Versandhandel zu shoppen (und es geht wohl vielen so, weshalb die bekannten großen Namen nicht an Zulauf verlieren), doch bei Geek and Gorgeous werde ich wieder bestellen. Der Versand dauerte bis zur Zustellung ca. eine Woche, alles gut und minimalistisch (kleiner Karton) verpackt, sehr sympathisch. Preislich auch schwer in Ordnung, sofern sich diesbezüglich nichts ausufernd ändert, bin ich eine neue Dauerkundin.

I have a bad experience with this company. I ordered a product from them but it didn’t arrive. They promised to refund me and they didn’t do that. This situation inspired me to create a youtube channel and tiktok videos where I will expose the companies who do not deliver their promises and the companies with bad activities that I or other people have experienced. Geek and gorgeous will be the one I will start with.

Love this brand and had to show it some love on here as it seems to be more lowkey. The first product I bought was the Hydration Station moisturiser as I heard it was good for fungal acne. It's amazing and I use it everyday. It's also thicker than the usual fungal-acne safe moisturisers which I love. Since then I've tried other products and I now use the Stress Less and aPAD serum in my daily routine (great for blemish-prone skin). Their customer service and delivery is also super speedy. 10/10 brand!

I’ve tried almost every product in the G&G line and found their formulations excellent. Especially for the price!

My favourite products are the Mighty Melt makeup remover, A Game Retinal, Stress Less, B Bomb niacinamide, A-Pad and the new and really fabulous Power Peptides. My 66 yo skin has improved dramatically since discovering this affordable brand. Cannot wait to see what they come up with next!

Shipping is fast and easy to track - but expensive if you don’t hit the minimum for free shipping, so I always make sure to order a few things at a time - an inexpensive way to widen my experience of their product line.

I’ve had cause to contact customer service and I found them informative and super-helpful.

Lovely products and good customer service but I find their returns policy unfair. I'm in the UK and have to pay over £7.50 to return an item that costs just over £12. What's the point? I'm going to end up keeping it because it's not worth my while. They don't ship to the UK from Hungary so why can't I return it to a UK address.

Can't give more than two stars because of this. Definitely a barrier to repurchasing.
