Este é mais um site daqueles...
Aparecem todos cheios de vontade, cumprem e são bastante prestáveis ao inicio...
Mas depois, passados alguns meses, parece que toda a gente se foi embora... tipo cidade fantasma.
Eu acho que os responsáveis atingem o nível de lucro que pretendiam e viram as costas ao negócio, ou simplesmente desistem....
Isto acontece bastante com este tipo de sites.
Por isso, e contrariamente ao que o sentido comum diria, deve se aproveitar campanhas nestes sites quando estes estão na mó de cima, com banners em todo lado, reviewrs a falar da empresa constantemente a apresentar produtos, etc...
Com o passar do tempo, quando reduzem a exposição nos social media é o primeiro sinal de alerta... estão a reduzir o investimento e prestes a abandonar o barco...
O melhor método é simplesmente perguntar lhes informações sobre um produto. Se o tempo de resposta for superior a 2 horas, algo não está bem... Se nem responderem é por " the light is on, but no one is home..."

I ordered a Convoy flashlight. It never arrived, no tracking, no documentation, and no responses to my emails. Literally just took my money and that was that. Never shipped it. (it's been over a month, and the tracking info given indicates it was never shipped). Best I can tell the website is fully fraudulent.

Bestellung 26 July , Lieferung soll bis 15 Tage dauern. Heute 19 September immer noch nichts angekommen. Angeblich ist Empfänger nicht ermittelt. Kundendienst antwortet nicht auf email. Betrüger. Nicht kaufen. Geld weg , Ware nicht da.

Super obscure, j'ai commandé une montre le 12/08, la commande est toujorus au statut "processing" le 26/08. Une meilleure offre est arrivée sur un site concurrent au passage, demande d'annulation via le formulaire "Contact us" mais aucune possibilité de suivi de ma demande...

Never respond! I pick wrong shipping method and I cant delet the order or change the method becouse ot them. I wrote a few messages but they didn't reply. Never EVER EVER!

Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch, unter anderem auch wegen der schlechten Bewertung hier. Da man mit Paypal zahlen konnte und ich im schlimmsten Fall mein Geld zurück bekommen hätte, habe ich es trotzdem versucht. Erst habe ich nur die Zahlungsbestätigung erhalten und sonst nichts. Mit der Trackingnummer konnte ich nicht viel anfangen, bis sie dann heute bei DHL auffindbar war und das Paket mitsamt gewünschtem Inhalt bei mir ankam. Das hat jetzt insgesamt 13 Tage von Bestellung bis Auslieferung gedauert. Einziges Manko ist, dass in meinem Fall die TWS auf chinesisch mit mir sprechen und es scheinbar keine Möglichkeit gibt das zu ändern.

I was skeptical at first, also due to the bad ratings on here. But since its possible to pay by paypal and in the worst case i would get my money back, I gave it a chance. i didn't here anything from them, other than the notification that they received my payment . The tracking number didn't work until today, when DHL suddenly told me my order will be delivered. The whole process from ordering to delivery (to germany btw) took 13 days in total, which i think is fine. The only bad thing is that my 1more TWS only seem to speak chinese and theres no way of changing it.

i bought a Sabbat E12 TWS Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 back in july 5 but the item didnt come the tracking number doesnt work horrible service

J'ai commandé un téléphone chez eux le 8 juillet et l'ai reçu ce jour, le 20 juillet.
Le produit est conforme à la commande. Pas de frais de douane, merci Gearvita.
A tous ceux se plaignant de problème de livraison, verifier vos adresses de livraison, indiqué son code postale et sa localité en complément d'adresse ça ne prend que 30 secondes et ça fait gagné du temps.

Bad customer service! Find another place to order your stuff. I placed an order by mistake for an amazfit 2 watch thinking it was the amazfit +. 30 mins after placing the order I tried to cancel my order and followed the website instructions. I got 1 reply after trying to follow up for almost a week now. I don't believe I will get my goods or the money back.

It's a shame! They never sent the items and are not providing refund. I will surely report them to Police

What makes me most satisfied is that the price is affordable. The quality has not found any problems so far. In general, I am satisfied.

My smartphnone was shipped within 4 weeks, ok.
It has a defect so I wrote to the support, five times during five weeks. Only two feedbacks that another department will answer in two days. Nothing more in more than five weeks.
No I try to get my money back with the help of PayPal.
Bad experience!

I don't understand how this phone was difficult for anyone to set up. In my opinion that some people must not have known what they were doing or just isn't familiar with MIUI at all. I set this phone up within 15 minutes and all my notifications work, I get no ads, and everything works perfectly on Cricket/AT&T. I also don't know what happened with the others who claimed they didn't receive a phone but I definitely (obviously) received mine within 2 days as promised and I love it. The screen quality is great, the camera is great and improves majorly when/if you download the GCAM apk for it. The speaker is nice and loud, not very tinny, and had some decent mid-range sounds to it. Bluetooth works great, it charges up nice and fast, feels good in the hand, face unlock works great and I didn't even have to set my region to get that to work. It's just a really really good phone all around and at a affordable price you really can't beat it. I've had several phones from Xiaomi and this one is quickly becoming one of my favorites, for sure. Buy it - you won't regret it
