BEWARE -if your product comes in wrong, they won’t respond to resolve the issue. Ours was a Valentine’s Day gift for our granddaughter of her dog on a suncatcher and the picture got applied on BACKWARDS so the name of her dog is on backwards too! I have contacted GearLit several times via email and no one answers the phone. So here is my review- BEWARE you have 50% chance your item will be right

I made a special valentine order for my wife. It was a picture of her showing her favorite horse. They sent me the product which depicted her riding a different horse. Imagine the disappointment we both felt. After dealing with Kevin to rectify the problem, their offer was that they would remake the product with the correct horse but they wanted me to pay an additional $10 for shipping. There mistake but they wine to pay additional $$$’s. I DON’T THINK SO

Feel like I've been scammed. No info on shipping and no one has reached back out to me. Waste of time and money. Way to ruin my Valentine's gift

I would never purchase from this company again. Item cost $36 and is made all out of plastic. It is supposed to be a sun catcher but light only comes through the background. They reversed the names which was irritating. It came from China, looked as if it took 5 minutes to make. Had no idea who the carrier was bringing it to me, had no updates until it said out for delivery which it was not. Terrible service and very cheap quality and after all that the box was not even closed properly!

So far I have nothing good to say about this website.
It says that mugs are shipped within 3 business day, it's been 9 days and it still not sent.
Support is lying though their teeth trying to justify the delay ("it does take longer to produce the mug for international shipping than domestic shipping", does it make sense ?) and refused to cancel the order.

Dreadful! Size chart is so far out it is ridiculous. Never order a women’s T shirt from here. I ordered a customised ladies t shirt as a present for my best friend. Before placing the order I very carefully measured my own fitted t shirt against the sizing given in their chart and measured exactly in accordance with their instructions. When the order arrived it was barely in accordance with the measurements given for their small t shirt despite being labelled medium. The size difference was greater than 10%. I thought it was a small t shirt incorrectly labelled as a medium so I wrote to them. I have got no where with my complaints and they are claiming that UK printers… untrue and ridiculous! I order from U.K. and Europe and have never had any problem. Inches are inches wherever you are. It is the responsibility of Gear lit to ensure uniformity.

All I got is an offer of a 30% discount to order another. Not great for an already expensive t shirt with postage on top. Given how far out their size chart is and how bad their customer service is, I have no confidence in ever purchasing anything from this company again. Since getting this problem I have seen many reviews from people who had the same issue even when ordering even two my sizes up on their size which has put me off ever dealing with this company again.

No issue with product, took issue with THEIR mistake not corrected.
I "thought" I ordered the item at "full" price, BUT, the following day, GEARLIT notified me that the item was "still" in the cart, and if ordered, I'd receive a discount. In fact, at the "full" price, the initial order WAS put-through, so essentially, compelled to purchase the same item twice ! The mistake was THEIRS but they refused to acknowledge such nor reimburse me for the double charge/purchase. NOT good business acumen and will NOT do business with them again. I rarely have an issue with any vendor. When such occurs, there has always been a suitable resolution and write 5-star reviews most often.

I just received my flashlight and put 4 new batteries in it and it does nothing. I text support and it says to check back later. Support is currently unavailable. I bought this flashlight for a camping trip I'm going on in 2 weeks.I'm so upset I'm not getting any response.

Love this product its so well done I think I will hang it in the house not the garden

I ordered my package almost a month ago and still haven't gotten it. It's been sitting in a sorting facility for 7 days now, hasn't moved. Contacted the site and they stated the delay was Covid related?? I was charged for something I didn't even order that had to be refunded. Needless to say IF I do get my package I will never order from GearLit again.

I am amazed at this product. It is so much fun to choose the animals and so many different choices to get it exactly right. Came quickly and fits well.Very pleased.

We received our custom garden flag in the mail today. We were really amazed at the quality of the the custom flag. I mean where else can you get a completely custom flag designed by you just for you? We cannot wait to show off our custom flag.

The product was much better looking than I even expected... Love it!

Bought this for my hubby for Father's Day! It was great and he loves it! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I couldn't get it in a Tall, other than that it is a great product!!

My husband was very pleased with his personalized shirt on Father's day 😀
