Disappointing Experience
The Gearfire team consistently displays a dismissive and negative attitude, including snarky emails and victim-blaming, even when issues clearly originate on their end. They refused to meet with us at SHOT Show to discuss our experiences—apparently too busy seeking new clients to address existing dissatisfied ones. After numerous frustrating interactions, the only standout in customer service has been Victoria J., who understands how to support clients. It's unfortunate, as we were initially very excited to partner with them for our FFL e-commerce needs. Instead, we've turned to exploring competitors, all of whom seem to genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction and success. At this point, we could never recommend Gearfire's product or service to anyone else.
