Company promotes J1 shoes. While they are fakes with cheap materials. Horrible experience don’t waste your money unless you want cheap shoes that won’t last long. False information very misleading

Ordered a size 8.5 as my son wears for all his shoes. They were way too small for his feet. Ofcourse in reading the reviews we all know THEY DONT/WONT EXCHANGE. Now we're stuck with these shoes. I have no idea what to do with them now. Smh.

Customer service is bad.

The shoes are about the artwork, which is as pictured, but the shoe quality itself is poor. It's very walmart/kmart/target store brand shoe style, however if you prioritize the art then you can look past that. What I can't look past is poor customer service, I was sent the wrong shoe size- I don't know when the size got changed out of my basket (because they have a convoluted system where you have to click a link in your email to sign in), so I was willing to pay shipping I asked customer service for an exchange- but they were completely unwilling to help at all since I couldn't prove they were "at fault". Which is crazy to me because it's not like I was even asking them to cover any of the costs, just to ship out the correct size. But lesson learned, I'll never purchase from them again and have a pair of shoes that are 5 sizes too small to remember them by ^_^

**In response to their response, I'm good on them pretending to care just because it's trustpilot. I've already found them a nice "rehome" without help and will be keeping all of my money in the future. **

The website was very easy to navigate and they had great selection of merchandise. The designs are beautiful and fit the shoe style great. They are very honest on the shipping time and how long your order will take to arrive. Ordered twice from GearAnime and they gave great quality and very good price for the item.

Great online store to find geeky shoes! I was skeptical to purchase from there since I had only seen ads online but they are legit. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they arrived without any issues.

100% real and amazing 👏 can't wait to buy again the only problem was the name spelt on the side was spelt backwards 🤔 but I told them sent a picture and they promised to replace it so I can't wait for them

It took awhile when we receive it but it;s worth it because my son love the shoes, thank you

Product I ordered arrived much earlier than expected, I think total turn around was about 2 weeks. Product is wonderful, very happy with my order. Will definitely order again. They also kept me up to date when the product went into production, then when it was shipped.

If I could give no stars I would. I waited for over a month for my order (order placed 12-7-24 inquired on 1/25 promised a replacement would be sent right away 2/15/25 no product and nothing ordered) and ended up begging got help only to be told that they would replace my missing item. It has been two months and no replacement. I checked my account daily and nothing. I will be filling a report with PayPal as well. Run fast there are many anime companies selling the same thing, cheaper, and you receive your product in two weeks at the latest. If you have never listened to advice please listen now. You have been warned.

They are scammers . They send the package to a P.O. Box near the address and say it’s delivered when it’s not. Don’t order from them

Ordering was really simple to do. I received the shoes in a good time frame. They do need to air out as they have a strong chemical odor at first. I ordered a size 11 and they are still not that wide. A wide shoe option is a must to ensure total customer satisfaction. Not having a wide shoe option really limits who your customers are and leaves out a vast amount of people looking for a product like this.

The product looked exactly like the image on the website. Shipping was faster than expected. My only issue was the website tracking and actual tracking didn't match up so it was a pleasant surprise when they showed up earlier than expected. I have already placed other orders for my family.

They took a while to arrive but were well worth the wait! They are beautiful and unique!

All I can say is I LOVE MY TRAINERS!!! The design, the sharpness of the colours, it is exactly like picture!!! They are SOOOO comfy too. I highly recommend buying from this website, I will certainly be buying another pair of trainers from here. The communication with the staff was great, they replied to all of my questions within an hour or so, they were extremely helpful. The delivery time was extra early which was great as I thought it would of been about 3 weeks or so with living in the UK.

Omg I absolutely love my Nelliel (bleach) shoes!!! They were exactly as pictured and I ordered them on December 20 and got them on new years!!!! Will definitely be buying from Gearanime again soon!!! Thanks

I dont normally do reviews…. Good or bad. But this is a new one for me. I ordered one piece shoes for my son on December 7th, on December 13th they arrived in Jamaica NY and left Jamaica NY on the 14th. Jump forward to December 29th and they are in Los Angeles California and I live in Delaware!!!!! How does that make any sense to send them across the country when I’m like 3 hrs south of Jamaica NY????? It makes no sense!!! And now it’s saying they will arrive later than expected!!! You see the reviews people do not give these people your money and expect to get what you paid for let us who are taking the loss be your lesson! Do not give these people your money!

Worse customer service, I’m still waiting for my order, the tracking information hasn’t changed since the 15th of December, I’ve contacted the post office & they have said it was just a pre shipment label that was created. Nothing was sent or dropped off to them.
I’ve contacted Gear Anime about it & they repeatedly tell me the same thing,
( There is nothing they can do but wait for it to be delivered, )
I’ve asked Gear anime to give me the information for the carrier that was supposed to deliver it to usps & they can’t give me anything that can help find my order. They just keep saying that same statement.
I placed a large order & for there to be such a lack of care when my package hasn’t even been sent is ridiculous.
So very frustrated & disappointed in this company.
