As a newbie..............no issues
Trying tonpick a product was simple and clear. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Payment was same. Delivery was same. Basically all was very simple. On receipt of the goods I thought I had an issue. Customer service responded very fast to resolve. Top notch all around.👏🏻

The human touch
I've never dealt with a shop that was so welcoming and pleasant and friendly, to the extent that when I had an issue with a double keyboard stand you sent me out a second one for free. I have made a decision to purchase all my products through you in future whenever possible. An old cliche, but five-star rating. In a world of Amazons and ebays and AI and faceless corporations, it's good to be able to deal with humans and people who genuinely seem to care. Well done: you've secured a customer for life here!

Purple Jackson Monarkh
I ordered/bought a purple Jackson Monarkh guitar that was advertised as NEW, a few days ago. When the guitar arrived I was excited and over the moon. . .until I inspected it and tried to play it. It is clearly a second hand guitar that was badly repaired and has extremely worn down frets.
I would ask for an exact replacement. But, I have zero confidence in gear4music.ie to actually send out an actual brand new guitar in immacualte condition, and not just send out another second hand guitar that's been repaired and sold off under the guise of a new instrument like they did with this one.
So yes, I will be sending this back and expecting a full refund. And I will NEVER order from, or recommend gear4music to anyone ever again.
