Still haven't received product 2 weeks out

Recently made orders through Gear4music. Though the specific brand I was ordering had some quality control issues, Gear4music themselves were super helpful in finding me replacements and making sure I wasn't left stranded. Karina in particular was very patient going back and forth through email to try to diagnose the issue and was very diligent in finding a solution. Outstanding customer service.

Absolute crap service, sent wrong item and then didn't want to know , read reviews on their website before buying from them, seems they did the same thing to me as a lot of others. I ordered a brown leather hardcase and got a pink and green one.

Prompt delivery as advised on website...the guitar tuner works great and is good value for money...no complaints at all...many thanks g4m....!!

It's just a good quality well organised business that knows what it's doing. I can't praise the company enough. There shipping is fast. and if you want to know anything about musical equipment There team are the people to ask I'll give them 5 out of 5 for excellence.

I ordered strings. You sent strings. I used the strings.

I ordered the tom holder to fit an older model of the Premier Artist drum set. Unfortunately, you have changed the diametre of the hardware. Now the unit is too small to fit into my bass drum.

Nice and tidy puts all the bits an pieces in some sort of segmented order as opposed to a twisted pile of cable on the floor or FL ght case

This item has not been delivered to me.I have not recieved anything to review and am awaiting a response from GFM .
I have recieved a mail from GFM now ststing that thier system shows item delivered ( i have not recieved) with no other details of any further action on thier behalf
"Dear XXX Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. According to our system, this seems to have already been delivered" Ridiculas response !

Ordered a bass today as an emergency replacement for a gig I have tomorrow night, paid for the next day delivery (which is the only reason i chose G4M), get the confirmation email(expected tomorrow), now it's 7pm and I get an automated email saying it's going to be delayed a day as it didn't get dispatched on time, so what are G4M charging next day deliver for? I bought it at lunchtime and it took 6 hours for zero movement after I paid extra shipping, now I have to pull out of the gig, thanks G4M, edit:(I ordered an amp off thomann at the same time and just got an email confirming delivery tomorrow)

The delivery was a week late. I didn't get any delivery or tracking information at all.
