Cant recommend these guys enough. They really do look after you. Flying home now with my new smile.

I am writing this review to express our profound dissatisfaction with the outcome of José's treatment and the current stance of the GD clinic.
The clinical issue is very specific: although the teeth and the plate itself are fine, the color of the prosthetic gum start peeling less then 72h email was sent and one of the staff replied with text accusing lab that we still got the text with us and now shows two noticeably different colors between the top and bottom. All we have requested is for the clinic to check with their partner laboratory to resolve this aesthetic defect in the gum, which is the only remaining issue.
In addition to this clinical error, our logistical experience during our trip in October was filled with severe failures completely beyond our control, causing us significant personal and financial losses:
• Unnecessary loss of vacation days.
• Having to pay for airport transfers out of our own pocket.
• Missing our return flight due to a transfer delay in Istanbul, which forced us to purchase entirely new airline tickets at our own expense.
We have acted in good faith throughout this process. However, instead of receiving a formal apology and the professional support that José deserves, we have experienced a hostile response. Upon sharing our honest and legitimate experience, we received intimidating communications and threats from the clinic demanding the removal of our online feedback.
We demand that GD takes full responsibility for correcting the prosthetic defect and covers all logistics for the remedy trip—including return plane tickets and hotel accommodation—while immediately ceasing any form of intimidation regarding our online reviews.

I am writing this review under my name, José, to share a deeply distressing and unsatisfactory experience with GD Studio Smile, involving a series of severe clinical and communication failures since February.
The issues began during the initial phase in February. Following my X-rays, there was a complete lack of communication; I was never informed that I could be left without teeth or that I would leave the clinic without temporary teeth after the "All-on-Four" procedure. Furthermore, during the surgery, a severe clinical error occurred: one of the implants caused nerve damage. While the clinic acknowledged the mistake the following day and surgically rectified the implant position, I was still forced to personally pay for the required medication. To this day, I continue to suffer from the consequences of this nerve injury, and the clinic has never proposed a solution or addressed this clinical error.
The malpractice continued when the process for my permanent teeth was initiated in October. The permanent prosthesis delivered did not have the agreed-upon gum color. The clinic rushed to modify the color and returned the permanent prosthesis within 5 hours. Unbelievably, in less than 72 hours of normal use like I did with the temporary ones that I had put in June that never had a problem, the outer layer began to peel off.
When contacted, the clinic refused to take responsibility, attempting to blame my personal habits (smoking or oral hygiene). This is entirely inconsistent. My habits were identical during the months I wore the previous temporary prosthetic, which never had issues. Furthermore, we hold a written message from GD STUDIO SMILE itself acknowledging an internal issue during the process and would never use same laboratory again.
To make matters worse, the clinic’s customer support has shown zero transparency or empathy. Instead of rectifying their errors, they are now demanding that I pay for everything, cover all my own travel and lodging expenses to visit them, and pay additional fees for the permanent prosthetics if they deem it necessary. Expecting a patient to finance travel, accommodation, and repairs for a nerve injury suffered in February and a manufacturing defect in October is unacceptable. There is a total lack of support and professional ethics.

I cannot recommend GD Smile Studio in Istanbul highly enough! I have always struggled with dental anxiety, but Dr Ecem was incredibly friendly and completely put my mind at ease. Her warm manner and gentle approach made all my worries melt away.
While I did not have much interaction with the rest of the staff, everyone seemed very kind and friendly. The clinic itself has a lovely, calming atmosphere, and the dental work was well done.
A special high five to Mr Berat as well for driving us around! Despite the language barrier, his incredible kindness shone through and made our travel completely stress-free.
From top-tier dental treatments to amazing hospitality, this clinic goes above and beyond for its patients. If you are traveling to Türkiye for a dental treatment, this is absolutely the place to go.

My Sister has been wearing full dentures for nearly 10 yrs. In April 26 on her 1st visit to GD Smile she had 8 implants fitted but due to gum disease she had to wait 3 mths without temporary teeth, this was difficult for her. In July 26 she returned for her temporary teeth unfortunately one implant failed. GD Smile fitted another implant in a different part of her gum. She was fitted with temporary teeth on the bottom jaw and they designed a cosmetic denture for the top until the new implant settled. In Oct she was fitted with her full mouth of fixed teeth. During this whole period GD Smile staff kept in touch with her to keep her motivated & not lose sight of the end result. When at the clinic all the were friendly and explained everything fully so we understood what was happening. I would recommend GD Smile Studio to anyone looking for implants.

I had a wonderful experience with my dental implant treatment in Turkey. From the beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout the whole process. The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and reassured. I am very happy with the care I received and grateful for all their hard work. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental implants.

Lenyűgöző szakértelem, emberség és szervezettség – minden várakozásomat felülmúlták ❤️

Most értem haza Isztambulból, és nehéz néhány mondatban összefoglalni ezt az élményt. Nagy beavatkozásra érkeztem, természetesen tele kérdésekkel és némi félelemmel. Ehhez képest nemcsak azt kaptam meg, amit ígértek – ennél jóval többet.

Már az utazás előtt Lyas volt az, aki végig mellettem állt. Rengeteg kérdésem volt, és Ő WhatsAppon türelmesen, készségesen válaszolt mindenre. Szervezett, egyeztetett, tolmácsolt, és az egész folyamat alatt azt éreztem, hogy pontosan tudja, mi történik velem és mire van szükségem. Nem egyszerűen egy kapcsolattartó volt, hanem az az ember, aki az egész folyamatot összefogta körülöttem. Lyas profizmusa és figyelmessége számomra egészen kivételes volt. Őszintén hálás vagyok a figyelméért! ❤️😊🙏

A kezelőorvosom, Dr. Ahmet Çeşmeci szakértelme egyszerűen lenyűgözött. Foghúzások, implantátumok, komoly sebészeti munka – és közben folyamatosan figyelte minden reakciómat. Még akkor is, amikor húzott, fúrt vagy vésett, azt figyelte, hogy én mit érzek. Ha bármit jeleztem, azonnal reagált. A beavatkozás nagyságához képest számomra szinte hihetetlen, de mindezt fájdalom nélkül éltem át. Ettől a ponttól kezdve teljes bizalmam volt benne.❤️ 😊🙏

Az ideiglenes fogaimmal Dr. Ecem Karacan foglalkozott. Egy végtelenül kedves, bájos hölgy, ugyanakkor elképesztően precíz szakember. Ahogy próbált, igazított, ellenőrzött és végül felhelyezte az ideiglenes fogaimat, abból is ugyanaz a maximalizmus érződött, mint az egész klinikán.

És itt muszáj megemlítenem az egész csapatot. Nem tudom mindenki nevét, pedig megérdemelnék. A munkatársak összehangoltan, pontosan és hihetetlen természetességgel dolgoztak együtt. Nem volt kapkodás vagy káosz. Mindenki figyelt rám. Amikor féltem, a hölgyek egyszerűen megfogták a kezem. Apróságnak tűnhet, de abban a székben fekve egyáltalán nem az. ❤️

Maga a klinika gyönyörű, modern, luxusszínvonalú és ragyogóan tiszta. A kezelés után sem engedtek egyszerűen utamra: megkaptam a szükséges fájdalomcsillapítókat és egyéb gyógyszereket, és pontosan elmondták, mire kell figyelnem.

A szervezés pedig tényleg az ajtótól az ajtóig működött. Berat, a sofőrünk végtelenül udvarias és megbízható volt. Reptér–hotel–klinika, majd vissza: a transzferek végig szervezetten működtek.

A szállás is jóval több volt annál, amire egy fogászati csomag részeként számítottam: ötcsillagos hotel, kényelmes szoba, wellness- és medencehasználati lehetőség, és még a kísérőm, Zoli számára is biztosították a szállást és a reggelit – tehát a reggeli kettőnknek benne volt a csomagban. A hotel személyzete ugyanolyan udvarias, előzékeny és segítőkész volt.

Ami igazán lenyűgözött, az nem egyetlen dolog volt, hanem az egész rendszer precíz összehangoltsága. Lyastól és az orvosoktól kezdve az asszisztenseken és a fogtechnikai munkán át a sofőrig és a hotelig mindenki ugyanannak a folyamatnak a részeként dolgozott azért, hogy nekem csak a gyógyulásommal kelljen foglalkoznom.

Én nagy elvárásokkal érkeztem Isztambulba. Mindent megkaptam, amit ígértek – és még annál is többet.

Őszintén le vagyok nyűgözve.

Ik heb een zeer goede ervaring gehad bij arts Mertcan Şengezer. Ik heb drie behandelingen gehad bij deze arts. Hij is zeer geruststellend. Tijdens de behandeling geeft hij elke stap aan wat hij doet en wat je mogelijk kunt voelen. Dit gaf mij een vertrouwd gevoel op zijn kundigheid. Het personeel is overigens heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Absolute aanrader.

We are just back from our first visit to the clinic. And i can say with out any doubt what an experience it has been. From landing in Istanbul we have had a fantastic experience. Everything from the pick up, hotel and of course the wonderful friendly staff and Dr Ahmet Nuri Cesmeci. There clinic is amazingly clean and up to date with the highest spec equipment, It has been amazing. Jason is home now with everything he needs, meds and a full copy of after care. Not only that Mr Berat is only a click away his correspondence via message has been unbelievable. No waiting at all. We can’t wait to return for Jason permanent smile to be completed. I can’t rate these guys enough. If you’re thinking about going here don’t hesitate book it now.

From the time made the initial enquiry, until the time I departed following treatment, I was looked after in every aspect of my treatment journey with total professionalism. My special thanks go to Mr Bech, the International Patient Coordinator for taking so much time in answering every one of my queries before I made the final decision to use GD Smile Studio, to responding to every question I raised during the initial treatment process in a very timely manner with total professionalism. I must also thank Mr Berat for chauffeuring me back and forth to the Clinic. Last but by no means least, my sincere thanks to Dr Ahmet Nuri Cesmeci, the doctor/dental surgeon who carried out my initial treatment including the necessary extractions and the placement of my titanium implants. Obviously a hugely experienced and excellent practitioner. The accommodation provided as part of the service was of an excellent quality. If you are considering such a journey in the future, I recommend GD Smile Studio without hesitation.

From the start of my experience with GD smile. Was fantastic. I was picked up at the airport by a Mr Berat who was my driver. Who took me to the hotel i was staying at. The hotel was fantastic and very welcoming. The next day Mr Berat took me to the clinic. Where I got to meet Dr Ahmet Nuri Cesmeci. Who welcomed me as well as the staff. . I had xrays done Have my teeth taken out was all done so so well not very much pain. I then had my implants done . No pain there. After this I had painkillers to take. All the time the staff were very helpful with me. I was then taken back to the hotel by Mr Berat. The next day I was picked up from the hotel by Mr Berat to the clinic. To have my temporary teeth fitted. After all of this I could go back to the hotel. But all the time the staff were being very very friendly and helpful with me as well as Dr Banu Arsoy being ever so helpful in what she was doing. The next day I was picked up from the hotel by Mr Berat to go back to the clinic. I then had the temporary teeth that I have got now and they look fantastic thanks all the staff at GD smile. See you in July.

After an awful experience with another dental practice in Istanbul GD smile helped me through a real tough time . Their care , support and empathy towards my awful situation was simply amazing .Their ability to listen and respond promptly with no language barrier gave me the reassurance I needed . I would highly recommend them to anyone . I commend and thank you for everything you did . Mr Bech their patient coordinator was simply brilliant

Had a great experience with the team in Kayseri from the vip welcome at the airport nothing was too much trouble . Customer service is outstanding and the dental work and materials are excellent . Hoping to to complete the work in Istanbul and very hopeful for a perfect final outcome

We truly appreciate the kind approach of all the staff. All the services were five star quality and everything was fully explained to us before the procedures. We would like to give a very good review especially to the translator and international representative Bech who was very patient with us and kind. The clinic really helped us in this dire situation and saved our holidays.
