The way it is organized leaves you fulfilled with lot of ideas from peers and experts. You get the opportunity to see how other leaders are handling the same issues. Organizers take care of you very well. I’d love to be part of future GDS summits.

Was able to attend the AI innovation summit in Scottsdale. Arrangements were fine and the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the content and networking opportunities. They had a diverse industry group for this important topic. Had few vendor meetings which is fine :-). Will attend again.

GDS reached out to me to speak at their CX Innovation Summit in Scottsdale. I was skeptical at first not being as familiar with GDS but found the conference itself to be incredible professional, interesting, and an outstanding networking opportunity with executives I never would have considered peers prior to meeting them at the conference. I was a little disappointed by the vendor matches as those I met with were not super aligned to my specific projects, but to be fair, my projects were very distinct from and more infrastructure and design focused compared to the other attendees I spoke with. As a result, I think if I attended again, the CMO summit would likely be a better vendor fit for my type of work (EBC and Engagement Center Management/Leadership). The sessions themselves were very useful and expertly moderated. The onsite GDS team were all absolute pros and well resourced onsite. Would love to see them role out a more sales/marketing-driven Customer Engagement summit following the same structure as well as I think it is something the industry desperately needs since the legacy enterprise vendors in our space are very mature and don't come with a ton of fresh ideas or distinction from one another in my experience at other like conferences.

Way too pushy on the sales side. They set you up for meetings with vendors to hit their quota. The content is decent. If you go just make sure you really want to meet with the vendors. They will find you and track you down if you miss a meeting.

I had a fantastic experience at the GDS CMO Summit. The panels were insightful and offered fresh perspectives on the most pressing challenges and opportunities in marketing today. The breakout sessions were especially helpful, giving space for more targeted discussions and practical takeaways. Overall, the content was thoughtful and well-curated, and the connections I made with peers and industry leaders were invaluable. I left feeling both inspired and equipped with actionable ideas to bring back to my work.

I was introduced to the GDS group as in invitation to network with my peers. I have attended both virtual and in person events and the quality of the content and interaction has always been top notch. I would highly recommend their events. Roundtables, and Summits, all share the same level of engagement.
I have also been on the production side and had the privilege of running sessions, speaking and being on panels with my peers.
The moderators are always super engaging and do a great job of getting everyone to participate.
GDS events for people from technical to executive levels act in some way as a high value therapy sessions. Everyone who is there wants to be there and is willing to share both successes and failures. I have yet to walk away from a GDS event without at minimum 6 new contacts. When vendors and consultants are present they are valued attendees not sales people and contribute to knowledge sharing and education.
The more you put into your time with the GDS group the more you will get out of it.
I look forward to more events in the future
