I have good experience.

The service was prompt and the documents provided were clear and concise.

I had my marriage license translated from Spanish to English for my driver's license/Real ID. Was done quick and they answered any questions I had promptly.

More mistakes than I would have expected, and very long turnaround times.
Also the user interface was not enough and everything had to be done with assistance from support team.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service provided. The company does not appear to be using qualified human translators, nor do they seem to properly review the work before delivering it to clients.

As someone who is bilingual, I was able to identify numerous translation errors. If I were not, these mistakes would have gone unnoticed. When I first reviewed the document — despite being extremely busy — I immediately caught an error, which they corrected. However, upon reviewing the revised version, I found another mistake. This back-and-forth continued 2–3 more times before the translation reached an acceptable standard.

This level of quality control is highly unprofessional and not what one should expect from a translation service.

I used the educational evaluation serives at GEO and the company was true to their commitment for timely response on the service.

The company confirmed fluency in both languages before accepting my order and promised a 3–5 business day turnaround. They delivered a translation that ignored one language entirely. After I requested corrections, they delayed delivery for almost a week, giving irrelevant responses and ignoring requests for login credentials. Only after I escalated the issue and threatened to involve my credit card company did they deliver the corrected translation — silently, without acknowledgment.
This demonstrates a clear pattern of dismissiveness, failure to meet commitments, and unprofessional communication. Time-sensitive work cannot be trusted to this company. Their service is unreliable, unaccountable, and does not reflect the standards they advertise.

Submitted application for seconddary school diploma evaluation on January 6-th 2026 and was expecting evaluation within 7 days as per website advertisement. I asked for expedited service when I found out that evaluation won't be delivered until January 20 . Expedited delivery would be day earlier for 100 $ which is sad ! Today is January 20-th 5 pm and evaluation still not delivered . I missed my school seat because of incompetence of this service . Stay away !!!!
