Helped me with multiple employments, easy process and very transparent. Gave me options of what I wanted to work and tailored the job roles to my wants.

I recently purchased 2 t-shirts from the new product drop "burn the ships line".

In my view, their messaging is powerful but not extreme such as alot of military style shirts that say things like "let God sort them out" or "death from above", Etc...

In every drop, they try to uplift people via the positive messaging like burn the ships on the t-shirts for example, which means to me, burn the excuses.

I also get their shirts because their shirts fit nice and are of quality. All their gear is purpose built for real life scenarios and conditions.

Also tryout their gear or your current gear at the next KTC to see if it holds up to the test, you will level up because these guys check their egos at the door.

Lastly, I respect these dudes not because they come from Tier 1 units, I respect these dudes because they are humble, good human beings, and actually care.

As a sign of admiration and respect for the founders of the GBRS Group and their history, I've ordered from their online shop several times.

Orders are always shipped very quickly, and the entire product range is of the highest quality. Delivery to Germany took only 6 days. Absolutely amazing!

So before the shills and D-riders pounce...

I'm not keen on leaving poor reviews but GBRS is being difficult in resolving a simple mistake of theirs:

First off: I'm a repeat customer.
Yesterday, 12/22 I received my order of 5 items over $200 worth of gear... 5 items. Not high-dollar albeit, but precisely what I needed. We come here willing to pay a premium for the prime gear we want.
All good.

However, only 4 items were delivered (plus a 'mystery gift'... More on that later). I immediately sent an email.
They immediately got back to me said they'd make it right.
After some research this email was a pre-fab reply made to read as if written by an actual human interacting with me.

They asked for pictures of the delivered product and the packing checklist. This was Signed with 2 signatures that all items had been packed.

Obviously there is a flaw in their system as it was not compete.

Anyhow, I sent them what they had asked for.

Since then... Silence. I have not received a follow up email or call.

I asked for a refund so I can purchase the item locally to be able to use the gear ASAP. Still not even a reply. The last email was sent 3 hours ago.

And for the final insult:
If you purchase over a certain amount you get a "mystery gift'.
Fine. Don't care.
What was sent.... A GBRS Logo shirt (that probably wasn't selling) in..... 'S'.....?!?

A Very disappointing experience.

GBRS replied to a post I had left to their latest video yesterday - 1/6/26 'Mindset 2026' - asking for help.
To my relief a social media intern replied 'post your order number and we'll help"
I did. After an entire business day today.... Crickets. I followed up on the video comment section thread and called them out over the lack of response about 3 hours ago.
About an hour ago (on 1/7/26) THE ENTIRE VIDEO was REMOVED from You Tube... And a second one where I posted as well highlighting this issue.

Over $38! And a lack of willingness to discuss the matter. All since I made my claim on 12/22/25.

And to think they bought back their credibility after the disaster of 2024.

Again: the missing item costs $38 and is the cheapest of all items ordered.

Really surprised to see all the bad reviews. I have no idea why. All I know is my own personal experience. These guys have been fantastic in every way.

This is by far the best Company for Vets and so on.

What a terrible company, cheap made products that you could get cheaper on Amazon throwing the word veteran around like the cheap products they sell.

Attended the Intro Pistol KT. This was an awesome experience! The crew was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I felt like I was part of the team! I’ve been recreational shooting for years, but it was amazing on how much I didn’t know! The course did exactly as intended; provided me with the proper safety, fundamentals, more confidence, and improved weapon handling. I will be attending more courses with GBRS in the future!

Amazing communication throughout the whole process with clear intent to support and achieve excellence within individuals. Very kind, approachable, and reliable! Would defiantly recommend GBRS to anyone in search of work

I ordered a OWB holster and it is exactly what I was looking for. The fit the finish is outstanding just like several over GBRS products I have ordered. Takes a few days longer than Amazon but they produce excellent- performance ready products.

I purchased an OW left-handed holster on May 1st, expecting a high-quality, reliable product based on the reviews. Unfortunately, what I received was a cheaply made holster that feels nothing like what was advertised. It’s made from low-grade plastic and fails to secure the weapon properly — making it both unsafe and completely unfit for purpose, especially during deployment.

I contacted the company over three weeks ago and only received one brief response promising a follow-up email within two days. It’s now been over a week since that promise, and I’ve heard nothing since. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely disappointing.

I've now had to contact my bank to request a refund. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you need a dependable product or expect any form of customer support.

Horrible company ran by a horrible human being. I am a special operations veteran who ordered a holster from these clowns. Mailed the holster back because it didn't fit the most common handgun in the world with an extended mag release. Now they refuse to give me a refund or send me another holster back I've emailed several times and they have not replied once. This is a scumbag company that rips off veterans that sells junk. Thanks for ripping off a disabled veteran we're supposed to be on the same side you guys are scumbags.

Lies, lies, lies..! They will do and say anything to avoid accountability. Not at all happy with how they handle relationships. You need to do better!!!

Considering the fact that I primarily train for PRS, I just included the drills to my monthly practices to help with skill development and refine my shooting skills with a carbine and pistol. It feels nice to do the drills, and I can see incremental improvements as I progress.

Don’t know anything about the background or why people are bashing these people for whatever they did… I’ll say this I ordered some stuff they were very fast to get me my order the lady that called me was super nice and knowlagable…and when I got the products I was very pleased so I could care less about the bullsht they put out a top notch product thanks guys

I've purchased from the GBRS group a handful of times and the products are awesome. Love the clothing designs and hats. Not to mention watching a few of DJ's videos on youtube pulled me out of a hard time and have really brought me back to normal and for that I will always support. 20 min walks man. Love the product they push. Solid company.

I ordered some shorts, jacket and firearm gear from these guys and it was all great stuff. Quality materials and solid gear. I love their training videos they post about cqb and pistol manipulations.
