We have over 20 years combined experience in the printer cartridge industry covering a variety of businesses from car showrooms, opticians and offices as well as home users. We KNOW our customers’ needs and we VALUE each and every one of them which is why our customers come back to us, time after time We provide a level of personal service and expertise that other online competitors simply can’t match. We are experts at servicing, repairing and sourcing the best printers and ink products for our customers. We are extremely happy to spend time with customers discussing their ink and printer needs and recommending the right products and services for them, – not the most expensive option but the option that is right for them. We will take the time to reassure them that their printer will not “crash” or fail if they don’t buy an expensive branded cartridge – despite the frightening error messages that may flash up on your printer from time to time. Liam called as he had compared my current order to my previous one and noticed the cartridges were different. Actually the mistake was on my previous order (I had given these to my daughter). He included a prepaid envelope for me to return them for credit against my next order. What service :-)
