N’achetez pas sur ce site c’est des voleurs !Il vous annonce annulé la commande car produit incompatible mais il ne vous rembourse pas il laisse couler le temps et ne font semblent de rien et la commande n’est pas annuler mais partiellement payer !Escroc vous pouvez me croire sur parole des escrocs ne commandez surtout pas que se site j’ai un litige chez paypal depuis le 15 avril 2023 et aucune réponse pour mon remboursement de 163€ je vais mettre l’affaire au tribunal

Nous avons lu vos commentaires désagréables et calomnieux - qui sont faux. Vous avez commandé un article et conclu un accord de crédit avec PayPal pour payer en 3 versements sur une période de 3 mois.
Après avoir passé votre commande, vous avez annulé la commande. Nous vous avons remboursé les 3 versements via PayPal. Vous n'avez subi aucun préjudice et donc aucune justification légale de vos accusations.
Nous vous déconseillons fortement d'utiliser des auccus diffamatoires et injustifiés sinon nous devons aller plus loin via les tribunaux en France.
Veuillez noter que nous ne sommes pas français mais anglais et n'écrivons ni ne parlons la langue française.
Nous avons utilisé Google Translate. Par conséquent, il peut y avoir des traductions incorrectes plus petites ou des expressions qui ne sont pas entièrement correctes en français. Mais nous espérons que vous obtenez les points principaux.

Be careful with Gazzella Racing!
I placed an order for a coil over suspension kit. They charged my credit card at that time and told me delivery time would be 6-8 weeks because the kit had to be made to order. I found paying in advance fair enough due to the kit being made to order. Several times I was assured that it was being built and would be delivered shortly. Months went by and I got in touch with the manufacturer and was told that no kit had ever been ordered by Gazzella Racing.
I have send emails trying to cancel the order and get a money refund. No response at all either by phone or mail from Gazzella Racing. After making an opposition through my bank I have with reservations got my money back (from a third party) while the opposition case is running.
I would therefore be very careful buying stuff from Gazzella Racing.
After posting this review Gazzella Racing has replied by phone stating that the missing response has been caused by key personel being away sick, stating that the money has been refunded and that the suspension kit has arrived and will be shipped to another customer.
Unfortunately Gazella Racing has not been keen on providing evidence for either correct money refund or the arrival of the suspension kit.
My recommendation is therefore still to be careful with Gazzella Racing!

This customer ordered a special made to order and very rare suspension kit for his more than 26 year old car. We informed him about the term and conditions when entering into this purchase. We and the supplier only sells very few items of this product per year and therefore keep no stock.
Due to certain missing parts in order to produce the kit we informed him about the estimated delivery time but also that is was only an estimate provided by the supplier. Unfortunately it took longer than first stated. The customer accepted to wait longer but then decided to cancel. We can understand his disappointment about the delay. We are naturally interested in supplying this product to him as soon as possible.
We accepted his cancellation and have now refunded him the full amount to his credit card. We are only a trading company and not a manufacturer and therefore cannot provide any delivery guarantee for non stock items.
We always advise any customer who wishes to order a special niche product, custom orders or made to order items, to contact us before ordering and also have patience and be prepared to wait longer.
For stock items we ship as soon as we can within 1-2 days. If parts are not in stock we always contact the customer and inform about when we can ship.

I placed an order for a custom Maserati Exhaust. Chris assured me that it was being built. A few months went by and I became suspicious, so I called the manufacturer directly, and was shocked when they told me that Gazzella NEVER placed the order! I can’t believe that I wired them the $2,000. Gazzella never returned my phone calls, emails, or money! Do NOT order from these crooks!!!

This company is VERY DISHONEST and ripped me off for 992GPB
I live in the United States and purchased a clutch kit for my Lancia Delta Integrale from them 10 months ago. They charged my credit card at that time and told me it would be 2-3 weeks because the kit had to be made to order. I have sent dozens of emails and voice mails to cancel the order and refund my money. They do not return my calls or emails. THEY ARE THIEVES in my opinion. DON'T BE THEIR VICTIM. STAY AWAY.
