Ordered curtains from them. When they arrived the width and drop where the wrong way round. After two weeks of emails back and forth they claimed I had ordered what I had received. When I asked for a refund they asked me to pay for return postage. I took them back to B&Q who where very helpful in providing a refund. Will not use this company again

Avoid dealing with customer services
Ordered two sets of curtains online. Contacted them twice by email as the tracking wasn't working. Gave up tracking. Finally got a reply from the third email to say my parcel had
been delivered. Went onto tracking to find that parcelforce had left it at someone else's property. Had the photographs to prove it. Emailed the company who basically said they had sent it to my address and it wasn't their problem. They then ignored any further correspondence. Had to track the parcel with parcelforce. Ignorant, rude and childish behaviour. I'm amazed they sell anything with their attitude towards the general public. Steer clear.

After receiving a duvet , I was appalled at the standard and the smell ( smells like wet dog ) iv tried to contact this company numerous times to no avail. I would not recommend them at all !!
