Exceptional company!
I have been following Gate-away for the past few years. They have a great selection of properties to select from. I have viewed the live seminars with experts and followed their blogs for advice. I feel that this site is an excellent tool for understanding the buying process in Italy and has great advice on all aspects of living in Italy. I found my dreamhome when viewing one of the featured locations. My real estate agent is wonderful and so helpful going out of her way for us. We do not speak Italian at this point though I am planning on changing that, no issues as my real estate agent is English speaking. Looking forward to this new chapter in my life! Thankyou Gate-away you made my dream a reality!

agenzia totalmente irresponsabile e incapace. impossibile richiedere una visita nonostante un contatto avvenuto un mese prima.
non vuole lavorare con il pretesto di avere un'agenda piena di tutto il mondo che viene a visitare le case in Abruzzo. Sconsiglio vivamente a queste persone che si dichiarano professionali....di fuggire....

Devo però farle notare che ha fatto una recensione per Gate-away.com, che è semplicemente il sito internet che pubblica l'annuncio dell'immobile che le interessa e non l'agenzia con cui lei ha avuto questa brutta esperienza, e ci dispiace subire un giudizio così negativo a causa di altri.
Ad ogni modo siamo a sua totale disposizione per aiutarla e supportarla nel risolvere la situazione con l'agenzia in questione o nel trovare altre agenzie più disponibili.

I have used Gate-away.com to look for properties in Italy. I am happy to say we have found an apartment in Umbria. It’s been a long process, started in 2017! We chose a medium sized city with great access to rail service.

So when you send a request for a property you are interested in through our portal, we send you an email notification to let you know that your request has been successfully sent but then you will receive a reply directly from the agency/private owner managing the sale of that property. That's why we had to refer to someone else (the advertiser), forwarding your request. If this is what you are talking about, we hope this will clarify what we do.

De website is heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken, met veel filters zodat het gemakkelijk is om een huis op maat te vinden. Ook goede beschrijving van de panden met voldoende foto's. Zeker voldoende informatie. Ook de beste website om heel vlug een huis te kunnen vinden.

Due to the pandemia and boredom
Due to the pandemia and boredom, I started meddling with properties in Italy for sale last year. Gate-away helped us a lot to understand the process of buying and opened a new path in our lives.
Guess what?
We bought a property in Francavilla Fontana online. Although we were not able to travel to Italy and inspect the property. With the help of gate-away and their occasional videos with Realtors and attorneys, we felt secure doing it all online. Hired an attorney, and soon, hopefully in July, we will be able to travel and take possession of our new summer project. Keep up the good work Gate-away.

Hi,
The site has improved greatly since it re launched. It makes searching so much easier now with a number of different options. information on each property such as closest airport,supermarket transport etc is great as is the locality /population figures.
The one thing i do find a little frustrating is that when you send a message to the advertiser for example more photos or details on the property the response is very poor. They do not come back to you and for me who is planning to come to Italy hopefully 3 rd qtr this year makes it a little frustrating. One of my questions for today's live stream is if i had appointed and attorney or someone with the power of attorney to make a decison for me its difficult to do that if you have little information to work with.
Overall a great job and very happy to use the site
