I flew from the UK as the waiting time here was too long. I am originally from Ireland. I went to the Naas clinic. Excellent facilities! Excellent service! And excellent staff! I made the right choice, Margaret

My wife attended the clinic on a recommendation from my consultant. After years of suffering finally got answers and treatment. We are now taking our first holiday together in years after avoiding going away because of how unwell she has been. Onwards and upwards. Very friendly staff also which was refreshing

I rang Gastrolife to enquire which of their tests would be most suited for my symptoms. In the over-the-phone consultation I was advised the in-clinic breath test was what I required. The following week I attended the clinic for this test. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. However, a number of days later I received my results saying this was negative and there was no further action to take on this. There are, of course, other tests I could purchase... I was then advised to visit my GP. This was the best advice I could receive and I will pass it on to you. Save your time. Save your money. Visit your GP.

Excellent service and professional conduct.

The communications via phone and email were super clear. Today I attended the Beacon Gastrolife Clinic and was really impressed by the two staff members I met. Pat was genuine, very patient and kind as I got lost on the way (even with the clear directions)! Melissa was very professional in the testing process and made it all much easier. I was referred by my dietitian. From the booking process right through to my results, I was so impressed at how professional all the staff were. I would give 10 stars if it it was an option. On another note, my symptoms are now controlled

I sent away a laboratory test two weeks ago. Today I called to enquire when I would get the result. It was explained to me in several different ways why the test could not be done because of the Easter Weekend bank holiday delays. Yet it has taken two weeks and me making a phone call to find out the situation. This is incompetence of a serious order. In my opinion this organization is not to be trusted.
