I’m very happy with the service received from GasFix. I called them this morning (Monday) and tonight my boiler is fixed with a new fan. Ryan was easy to have around. Careful and thorough and very obviously knew what he was doing. Lewis’ communication was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.

Have used Lewis at Gas Fix for years and recommended him to friends and family. He is always quick to diagnose issues and fixes them usually in one visit. Electrically trained which is helpful for smart home systems. Very quick to respond to calls and has never invoiced more than agreed. A very useful number to have in the phone book.

Polite and punctual left kitchen area all tidy.
Even went out of their way to explain our control unit etc.
Would highly recommend and will use again.

Lewis came out to resolve an overflow issue.

He was efficient and friendly. He carried the right spares to complete the job on the first visit so all done within the 1 hour window.

We contacted Gas Fix following a local recommendation. Daniel fixed 3 plumbing issues - toilet flush, radiator leak and a towel radiator which wasn’t working. He arrived on time, was courteous, and a very efficient worker, who solved all 3 issues. The towel radiator had been looked at by another company who hadn’t solved it. Daniel sought advice from Lewis and together they fixed it. We are very impressed and will definitely contact them again.

Daniel came today to mend a dripping tap and repair a broken hose. He did an excellant job and was friendly and efficient. Would happily recommend him.

I needed two elderly cold tanks emptied and cleaned out as previous builders had left the lids off the tanks. The tanks were very difficult to get at and it was not a pleasant job at all.
I found Lewis to be efficient, quick at responding and he turned up when he said he would to look at the job and give me a quote (which seems to be unusual nowadays!). One of his team came a few days later - he was punctual and polite, got the job done well and left the property clean and tidy.
It wasn't cheap but was executed professionally and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I contacted Gas Fix for a boiler service and to repair two radiators. Lewis arrived on time and carried out the boiler service efficiently and repaired/replaced the radiator valves quickly. He was courteous and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have used Lewis at Gasfix on 2 occasions now. The 2nd time was for the replacement of a leaky immersion heater. Lewis worked hard - having to try 3 suppliers before getting the correct item. But he successfully completed the job in the afternoon. He also managed to get the hot water loop working for me.
Lewis has a very friendly and professional approach and explains clearly what he is doing at each stage.
Very pleased with his work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gasfix.
