Had gas and elec annual checks in July. The engineer, Gary McGowan, confirmed the apt the day before and arrived on time. He is very personable, efficient and helped me understand some of the terminology used on the Records that are produced by the company. Huge thanks!

Gary McGowan fitted my boiler after another company had incorrectly installed the boiler and made a mess of the fittings. Gary was friendly and tidied up any mess that was made. He came again today to do a safety gas check, he is professional and friendly and a credit to the company.

I have used gas-elec Group for the last 10+ years and I would highly recommend them. Their service has been impeccable and their telephone manner a dream. All the staff that I have dealt with have been nothing but polite, helpful, patient and consistent. In a world where nearly every call is automated and you have to wait ludicrous amounts of time just to speak to a human, it is so refreshing then that at gas-elec Group you get a caring and professional response and matters are dealt with effectively and swiftly. I have never had a negative experience in all the 10+ years that I have been using them and every call I have made or any issue I have had ( and there have been many due to tenants!) they have always operated with the same high level of professionalism, care and success.
