Great firm to deal with and brilliant solicitors
I've had the very best representation and communication throughout the whole process from initial email / texts to now the final settled case from Gary Matthews solicitors. I've been dealing almost entirely with a girl called Aideen and she gives you the information in understandable wording and is available if needed to talk through any stage if the the process. Ask questions
Overall, I found the process to be relatively quick and easy. However, I do feel that the communication could be improved.
In hindsight, I wish I had asked more questions before committing to their services. I felt that some aspects of the process were not fully explained, which led to some uncertainty on my part.
While I appreciate the efficiency of their service, I believe it's essential for clients to be well-informed throughout the process. Perhaps with more proactive communication, clients like myself would feel more confident and prepared.
