SCAM still waiting for my my money to be paid back into my account after sending all the nessessary details over twice...can't even get on the site now..I will be informing the police and bank of fraudulent activity

Crap website Pure scam didn't put much in but had won a little.. easy to take deposit not so quick to withdrawal.. comes up bullshit like use the same card you used to deposit witch I have.. the chat is slow same answers all the time no number either to contact.. stay well clear from them greedy grabbing fuckerrsss... dishonesty is short lived may you receive every karma going stealing on people...

The website is called Garrison Bet. It appeared on my Facebook page advertising a 100% welcome bonus for new users. I registered and deposited approximately £300 to play. After playing, I made some winnings and attempted to withdraw my balance, but the site continuously delayed and cancelled my withdrawal requests.

Each time I tried to withdraw, they demanded new identity documents — ID, proof of address, and bank statements — and then cancelled my request, forcing me to start over. Later, I won around £2,650, but they would only allow £500 withdrawals. Every time I tried to withdraw, the same process repeated — my withdrawal was cancelled, and the money was returned to my gambling balance.

Additionally, when I lost money initially, I emailed them asking to self-exclude and close my account. Instead, they ignored my request and continued to contact me with promotional offers, such as “£200 bonus for VIP players” and “10 free spins.” This is unethical and against responsible gambling standards.

The website does not display any licence number, contact phone number, or valid address. The only communication is through an automated chat bot quoting random “sections” of their terms.

I have now lost approximately £850 and have not received my £2,650 winnings. I have reason to believe this website is operating illegally and engaging in scam behaviour.

This is a scam. Had £50 pending for 3 days . Then there asking for personal information. And still no money sent over . Do not use this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. reporting to police

I won 500 pounds and they canceled my money 3 times since October 28th...to this day I still haven't received my money...this casino is a scam...don't go in to play because they will only take your money...they don't even have a license...

Terrible scam site. Dont use. They take your money but when I comes to withdrawals they fob you off with excuses like you haven't verified even tho multiple i.ds were emailed. Then some rubbish about not wagering enough money. Complete waste of time and Terrible customer service that do nothing.

Garrisonbet opened account winnings pending since 27/10/25 no money paid into my account. Messages are very robotic no license number no contact number. Only 2 employees Thomas and Tina. Little bit scary that this could be fraud. 72 hours later and receive email asking for documents send everything and now they cancel withdrawl and say wait another 72 hours. Bear in mind they have all ID tomorrow I'm reporting them to police and action fraud. Just an update today they tried to take money out of my card I said they were stealing our documents ids etc. Please contact your banks. They opening more fake casinos on Facebook please report and get the ads removed.Just keep reporting and let fraud know with banks cancel all transactions and get your money back as we are all victims in this let's stop these companies operating.
